This hire looks safe from the surface but in reality Chaves’ neck is really on the line here. Success needs to be immediate or this hire looks terrible given all the optics. Had he hired someone from outside the program I’d guess he would have a little more leeway. This could end up looking so lazy and stupid.

For sure. Bo can ball but he’s just not that fast. He is dynamic and explosive though. Quick and can really jump. He’ll get a shot and I hope he can make it happen.

He said he didn’t crack in the 4.5s which means at best a 4.6. For reference Cooper Kupp ran a 4.62. But Kupp is also bigger and a much better player.

Whoever the coach is, they need to mandate at least one fish bowl per year. If not the whole “our goal is a national title” thing is just lip service.
