I don't know if Hayduke is gay, but if he is, who cares? Unless you're 12 (in which case I'll blame your parents), your constant homophobic attacks simply expose you as likely residing in the closet. Just thought you should know you don't come across as being smart or funny in your posts, in case that was your goal.

You may be right that it's too little and way too late.

A press conference is the opposite of sincere. He should apologize, in person, to the kid he tormented and assaulted multiple times over the course of several years.
-
Maybe when he offers a sincere apology for it. A court-ordered letter and some posturing for NHL teams to protect his own future don't really cut it.

That is bad. Let them know. https://ndhealth.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9XOCwgC3JJV33hP

Can't guarantee against errors, but in ND the number of daily positives reported is not supposed to include repeat positives from active cases.
-
Depends on the individual I suppose. Some employers require employees to test negative prior to returning to work though. The ND Dept of Health doesn't push positives to get retested, just to isolate for 10 days. A positive case only shows up in the data once though, regardless of the number of times tested. The number reported is based on the individual person, not the number of times a positive test comes back for that person.
-
Hmm, depends on the position and provider maybe? I've heard from one saying he's tested weekly, but maybe he's full of it or going to the free public testings. State prisons are testing every 1-2 weeks and I thought LTC facilities in ND were weekly.
-
Healthcare, jail, and LTC employees are tested pretty often (weekly?). Also, if you live with someone who tested positive, it may be beneficial to get tested, hope you're positive, and shorten the quarantine time from 2 weeks beyond the end of your family member's quarantine to just 10 days from the positive test day.

Art Alley in Bismarck is kinda nice and definitely makes that alley less disgusting. The mural on the Dove is nice as well, glad they got to keep it. As far as cost goes, it's usually not a lot, but residents have the right to know if tax $$ was used.

They're referring to the state's daily positive tests per capita, where we rank quite high right now.

It escalated beyond TP, but fortunately it appears the actual statue suffered minimal damage before being removed.

In my quick internet search, it appears the iconic elk (right picture below) was graffitied and set on fire by Antifa/BLM rioters and then removed by the Regional Arts Council. A replacement (left picture) was then removed by right-wing rioters. Am I wrong?

The elk?
