the difference is that those games are a huge deal for students, for alumni, for all sorts of random people. We are not the University of Michigan. Students won't turn out for a day game, aside from homecoming. If having a late afternoon game is too big of a problem for you, then stop bitching.

you didn't actually watch ndsu and csu, did you? I'd love to know how putting up 22 while spending the second half doing nothing but runouttheclock plays qualifies as bad offense. There is a point to the long eat up the clock drives. They keep your defense fresh, their offense off the field, and put the game closer to being over. You know, like what UND used to do when we were good. Playing Madden like UND has of late is not a good thing.

Stop even trying to pretend that we would have done alright against NDSU's FBS competition. against NDSU's schedule, UND would likely have wins over pvam, rmu, tossups against USD (who haven't looked completely awful in non-ndsu games) and csu, and likely loses against ysu, indiana state, and UNI. 3-4, maybe 4-3, possibly 5-2. In other words the exact same.

raze the REA edit for realistic suggestions: play teams people have heard of. Montana and montana state aren't going to cut it alone.
