  1. if i hate UND so much, then why do i keep getting degrees from here? Sorry for deviating from the officially sanctioned party line.
  2. hey, i said that your better than shirvani!
  3. makes me queasy to be on the same side of an issue as a sleazeball imbecile like rob port. Oh well, shirvani is a clown and needs to go, we're stuck with port.
  4. SiouxFootballInsider ‏@SiouxFootball We have confirmed that DE Ryan Stendler has verbally committed to Northern Illinois - was a #UND commit until Huskies offered.
  5. montana and weber state are clearly head and shoulders above the rest of the conference.
  6. its amazing that idaho st once won an FCS title.
  7. I don't think Johs will be playing collegiate football.

    2013 Season

    we have BB teams too.
  10. if the guy wants to go to ohio state, good for him, its a much better school than his scholarship offer(s).
  11. they've got upper-management written all over them.
  12. are you really comparing a pair of bloggers to editorial ownership?
  13. I'm sure that as these schools continue to post title banners, they are deep-down devastated that they have a losing record against UND. fargo media the owner of the 'fargo media' is on UND's wall of fame in twamley right across from Ralph Englestad.
  14. do you have anything to indicate NDSU would have canceled the series? Aside from you or darell making !@#$ up, ofc.
  15. depends, but i would guess somewhere between USC and penn state on the program-obliterating-sanctions index. Some of those allegations are pretty damn bad.
  16. the bolded part is the part you made up. GT has made *at least* one offer to UND that UND refused. what it comes down to is that neither team will play UND because higher-ups athletic department has been dicking around and playing games for the better part of a decade. NDSU was more than willing to keep scheduling UND despite the clear harm that having a D2 school on their schedule would have done. UND wouldn't because it might have affected their seeding in the watered down joke of an NCC. You insist that NDSU make sacrifices to keep and restart the series, yet insist that every arrangement be in favor of UND. I think everyone can at least agree that a resumed home/home would be much more beneficial for UND than NDSU. Even the most optimistic estimates from the UND contingent show only a moderate benefit to NDSU over Generic Cupcake #11. I have a proposal. The game is played annually in the fargodome, in even years its an NDSU home game, and on odd years its a UND home game, but NDSU gets all tickets beyond the maximum theoretical capacity of the Alerus. This would maximize revenue for both schools and, since both schools 'owe' this to the people of ND, it also maximizes the benefit to the people of the state. perhaps once you understand why this 'reasonable' proposal would be a bad deal for UND, you will understand why NDSU looks at a home and home as a bad deal for NDSU.
  17. what excuses? what exactly did the FF expose? neither of UND's traditional rivals want to play for similar reasons, but nothing UND or its fans did could possibly ever have anything to do with that, right?
  18. i think the only way to do it will be to do 2 game series as its available. I think that's the only way it should be done.
  19. at current price/demand points, all NDSU tickets to every game are underpriced.
  20. F It took homecoming against a top ranked-marque opponent to barely beat the old record. A playoff game will certainly not break it, as staff and bands do not count toward attendance. last i checked, NDSU offered the every other year, every 4th year at home contract, and was rejected by UND, who would only accept an annual contract.
  21. A big tight end is a pretty tough weapon to counter imo. definitely like the potential.
  22. 1) i'm pretty sure you were bitching just a few pages ago about all the NDSU people 2) there don't seem to be many, if any athletes that both schools have gone after, as opposed to last year. In other words a lot less to bicker about. Both schools appear to be largely getting enough of the players they want. On the other hand I think both schools are still in need of linebackers, so perhaps things will pick up in the competition department.
