Yeah he doesn't know anything about you but he asked a question and you veered off into some rant that hardly even makes sense...Where was everyone 6 years ago when they were all asked to speak out in support of this? You do have a point, however I see two issues: 1) D3 is still ncaa, meaning our nickname is still not okay 2) These D3 schools in Wisconsin are great however you are trying to compare UW- Whitewater, UW- Lacrosse, ETC with the University of North Dakota. UND is not called UND- Grand Forks. Something just doesn't seem right when those schools are in the same conversation as UND. That is like comparing the college out in Williston (which is growing) to UND; just doesn't make sense. UND is much better than that.

I am really hoping that the Browns begin to pull away from Mackey and Hall. I just don't know how I feel about Mackey, and Hall doesn't seem to tackle well which is a big problem in this league. Then again I am happy that Kenny Watkins is gone because I am tired of watching him get burned.

Hundreds of family members in Nodak alone huh? I have seen some big extended families but come on man...hundreds lol okay...

I don't even want to make an attempt at realigning the big conferences with all that has happened over the last year. Here is what my ideal Big Sky would look like: 14 teams in two divisions: East: UND NDSU Montana Montana State Idaho Idaho State Northern Arizona / Colorado West: Weber ST Eastern Washington Northern Arizona / Colorado Southern Utah Poly Davis Portland St. I left out Sac St. because I think they suck. Realistically I would love to see the east as it's own entity looking like this: UND NDSU Montana M State Idaho Idaho State USD SDSU Wyoming Colorado State Maybe add in a couple non football playing schools in Denver and Omaha. Or even add in a couple more football playing schools on top of this to get 12 Football playing and 14 overall. Always a good idea to stay away from 16 unless you are on the top of the food chain. Gotta love Friday mornings before a long weekend so people throw some ideas down because it is going to be a long and slow day in the office!

I just spoke with my parents who live in Devils Lake and they have already voted YES via absentee ballot. Just a drop in the bucket but that's two votes to allow UND to move on!

Joey Bradley looked really good in the spring game which should provide some good competition. I actually thought his progress from last year was a night and day difference.

Cal Poly does have a very favorable looking conference schedule. We do get them at home again this year so maybe we can get a little revenge from the loss last year. I voted that we are 4th place but we could realistically be at the bottom, or if we beat Poly and Montana at home we could be towards the top. Toss up at this point.

My thoughts exactly 82; but with Boise and SDSU playing football in the Big East who really knows what could happen these days. My initial fear was them making a play for the Montanas. If I were a president at one of these top FCS schools I would sit tight for now and wait and see what the four major conferences are doing because it really looks like they are trying to break away from everyone else.
