It probably won't trend and I would retweet it If I saw it BUT, I will be wearing Fighting Sioux gear this weekend. My Denver relatives who are DU fans will continue the old joke "Fighting Whioux" and I will now respond with an annoyingly loud hawk screech. Then I will follow up by saying: Well, you seem happy that the Sioux name is gone, now you get to put up with this. #CaCaaaaaaaaaaa

Stadium Inn is a good one as well.

Easily my favorite series of the year as far as quality of hockey. Games here have been intense. Weather also looks to be in the 50's Friday and 60's Saturday so it will be great to walk around to different establishments near campus. I am looking forward to seeing half of the arena full of green and white!

I do like the idea of a rivalry with MSU. I suppose it is 2 hours closer than UM. Thank you for taking an objective approach in regard to our players being dirty. I may have missed something but it appeared to me that nothing dirty was done against UM, or any other teams for that matter. Also, I am fairly certain our new staff will not tolerate that kind of play. Next year I am happy we play Poly at the Alerus as they should be a decent team. Even though we don't play UM next year I would say there is a good chance we would meet in the playoffs if we both make the field. Hopefully they do away with regionalization.

This is my line of thinking as well. Hopefully in 2016 we #LeaveNoDoubt

Maybe so, but did you see his rant during the post game presser after the game against us? It was embarrassing and I was rooting against him.

Personally I like the athleticism of Bolinkse. He certainly does need some work on arm strength but this should come with a couple years of work under Baukol. The kid is a project but is not expected to start for at least a couple years anyway. I like the upside here.

I fully agree with this. DU has a great Hockey program but they do not have a big fan following here. The average Denver resident isn't even aware of DU. Next weekend, half the rink will be UND fans. I can't wait! I doubt it is feasible but I would love to see CU and CSU add D1 Hockey. That would create an even more interesting NCHC.

I think most of us think Wentz is a heck of a QB and has a future in the NFL. Time will tell if he is good, great, or average.

I am sure our defense will be happy to show this youngster how FCS ball is played! This kid does look like he has the tools to be great though.
