As a Sioux fan I enjoyed listening to the clip of the call of the winning goal. Thank You Holy Cross. Its nice to hear enthusiasm in the call of a game.

A funnier cut was from the UND and HC game on Saturday was when Hennessy said and Smaby scoresss (on the Game winning goal) and you hear Greg L. say what. It was classic.

I know someone who works with the State of North Dakota and who happens to be a persons who has a good grasp of the laws and buildings on state ground and I had asked him if he had heard the rumor/urban legend about the ralph being destroyed if the name changed, he basically said that it was against the law to do what has been suggested by some. Apparently you can't just blow up a building like that. I told him the rumor about the Dynamite being on the site when Charles K was thinking about changing the name and he said, that would also be ilegal. So I hardly very much doubt some of this crap that is out there. This rumor I heard from a person that knew someone that was on the site as part of the construction crew.

Well we will see who else is gone by the end of the next week.

I am just saying people talk about loyalty to conference, UMN shouldn't expect any from Hak because of his vote for Miller the year Panzer was in the Hobey race. Just my HMO. Not saying that Miller wasn't deserving. Miller is a starter in the NHL now, Panzer has been stuck in the AHL.

Yep, isn't that the truth, they haven't played anyone in that tourney since BU beat them in the 1990's, notice since then they have had a bunch of weak sisters and also rans that the goofers propaganda machine had tried to pump up as being a legitimate team or a possible tourney team.

I am saying that who ever on UND team when it comes to voting should remember tDon and his snub or Panzer. Carel is more deserving in my opinion anyways.

Lets not forget when Panzer was a Hobey candidate Lucia voted for the Miller. I hope our guys in the UND camp vote for Carle.

I don't, because eventually they will actually have a stretch where they are on top again and we will never hear the end of it. They are the most in your face fans in college hockey.

I would imagine that they will paint the ice per NCAA regulation I would assume.

I can't fault them for that, when we lost to denver in 2004 1-0 I sat in the basement in disbelief as the Sioux had just lost, I think I just sat there and stared at the tv for like an hour. Finally my wife came down and asked me if I was going to be sociable. So I can't fault a person for being shocked about a hockey game.

This is the kind of crap that makes people not like the Goofers or their cocky fans. I guess that person isn't very good at predicting results of games eh? Just about as bad as a Gopher fan telling my brother-in-laws cousin that you don't want to play us after the Goofs lost to HC. No your team is done. This past weekend was amazing and a blast. I couldn't think of any other way I would love to see the Goofers get bounced out of the playoffs, other than UND beating them in the Frozen Four. Priceless.

Thud, that sound you hear is the Gophers leaving the NCAA tourney. Who would have thought. But as someone mentioned its better UND got to play a tough oppenent to start to the tourney off and get pumped up. .

I actually turned it off and watched something else very boring and hard to watch.

Good point, thats why I cheer for one team. The UND Fighting Sioux. If our teams isn't there I just watch the games.

Now that was laid out pretty well PCM. I am just glad the Sioux are moving on and the Gophers well they went back to MPLS with their tails between their legs.

I would think one would have to be pretty sharp to graduate early and accelerate their schooling. But it sounds like the kids that went to Shattacks actually have to spend a lot of time studying because the school is pretty hard. So I suppose it was nothin for a bright kid like Toews. If you listen to this kid talk he definately is very well spoken and polished already at such a young age.

Its hard to score when you have your stick and armed wrapped around the oppostion. Talk about a big slow team.
