Basically Slap Shot is right, the Players took it in the shorts (you know what we mean family show) when they signed their latest CBA. Funny this is that if the players had signed the CBA offered in Feb of 2004 they would have had more. This is why they players discarded their player rep shortly after the CBA was signed.

I woke up this morning and I felt a little empty, almost as bad as I did in 1998 after the Sioux went out at the hands of Michigan, then I remembered that I had to go over to Kings Walk and renew my membership for another great season of golf. This is after I took the dog for a long walk in the country and tried to think of something possitive. This one stings but who would have thought the Sioux would go this far. I guess I will hold off jumping off anything this year.

I agree with you Red Wing until the Twins spend some money on something other than second rate free agents they will be a third place team in a weak division.

I have a hole in my heart from yesterday's game but I think there is no reason to be alarmed, the future looks very bright. I must thought we would find a way to win but the planets didn't line up for UND this year. I am sure there are a lot of teams that would love to be where UND was yesterday. DU didn't make the playoffs, Minnesota was bounced by a determined 15 seed and C.C. couldn't beat Cornell. It's so hard to get to the Frozen Four and I think UND will be back soon. If you would have told me UND would have been in the Frozen Four I wouldn't have believed it. I think UND is going in the right direction. Yesterday our offensive stars looked lost, I can't remember our boys being out of it like they were today. I just hope UND can keep the core group of players from yesterdays game next sesaon. The Young defense will be older, bigger, stronger and hopefully left with a bad taste in their mouth and determined to get back to the Frozen Four in St. Louis. Now it's time for some golf.

I think we get another one in the next 2-3 years. We blew our chance yesterday and I think the Eagles win tomorrow night.

There have been some epic games between B.C. and UND in the past I guess I expect more of the same. I just hope we can get rolling and not have to put up with the East Coast Refs in this game.

Actually I bet Sprig and Fetch tell you that Lab like to chew anything they can get in their mouths. Socks, shoes, gloves, copenhagen cans, pop cans, chairs. Never leave anything out you don't want chewed/destroyed. You must watch them like a hawk when they are puppies, have lots of raw hide bones. My lab even chewed his on his dogloo in his outside kennel. You have to have the support of your spouse fore most.

If you listen to the Pundents this includes great NHL minds on places like XM and TSN and others these shows include the likes of lot of ex-players and radio personalities (ie like Phil Espo, Cam Stewart, Mike Bossy, Darren Pang) others on the NHL network, you have to have XM I am not sure if it is on Cirus they will tell you as well as on TSN (which is ussually pretty accurate) That there is a good chance that Eric Johnson will never make it too Minnesota. Its out there. I am just passing it along. I recommend getting this package if you can because there is a lot of usefull information. Please, I do not want to sound silly do not email these people I am not saying that they are the guys that said it specifically there are only so many people that work on the XM network these are just the names I remember, I am just saying when these people talk on the NHL XM Channel and the discussion of young players for next years draft and and the draft they talk about guys like Eric Johnson, next time the subject comes up I will actually pay attention to who said what, I know I have heard it a lot. I know the one guy was the man from TSN I believe his name was McKenzee (sp)

I actually think it is funny when I hear goofer fans tell everyone that they think will see Eric Johnson in a goofer jersey and he is coming reguardless of where he is drafted in this years entry draft, ok what ever. Have you guys talked to the experts yet? According to many great NHL minds some think Johnson will never put on a Goofer Jersey because the NHL guys are drowling all over themselves to get him on their team and in a uniform. I have heard this a lot on the NHL talking heads, all you have to do is listen to XM radio channel 204.
