He might not but I think the game against UofW carried over right into th enext game. Kellin was horrible in both games and the teams the goofs played had goalies that were not. Top it all off with a team that had probably just as much talent up front as anyone in the country, couldn't of have scored on UND's Women hockey team.

That is what your coach and fans have said for the past two season when you have gotten pasted in the third place game. Funny thing is that both times the team that beat the Goofs in the third place game went on to play in the NCAA Frozen Four Finals. Hum, meaningless.

I guess none of them count unless they are playing for a national title. Never forget, if you team loses in the third place game its meaning less. Figures the goofer's coach is the first one suggest that the league do away with it. I was actually surprised that the league didn't move the third place game to the prime time to get more butts in the seats and move the championship game to the afternoon spot.

Lets not forget that Vanek was a healthy scratch during the NHL playoffs because the coach deemed he was not putting out a good effort. I translate that to he is lazy or poor in the defensive zone.

I have to say on this summer day when I am sick and tired of crappy, dry, extremely warm weather, to pick up my spirits, I all I have to do is think of the Regional between the Gophers and the Crusaders.

It just appears that some of these NHL guys have no clue when it comes to the NCAA Division one hockey. The Sioux are like the perennial powerhouse in the NCAA and the WCHA.
