I was there for that game the place was a zoo, you could hardly breath and there wasn't a seat let when the puck dropped. It was also like that last year when the Sioux where there.

I was thinking Holy Cross and BSU. Notice how most of the teams make BSU travel to their place. I suppose none of them want to travel to Bemidji and get beat.

I wouldn't look to far into it, this is mear speculation. On another side note I see Minnesota is Canadianless again.

I think he probably saw the REA when the World Jr's were in Grand Forks and knows about the rink. Also, everyone knows if you want to play for NCAA titles and get prepared for the NHL UND is a great path to take. I don't think it hurts having three coaches that are Canadian either.

Now that is toughness, breaks his nose, plays the game scores a goal. That is something I just can't phantom. That has to hurt.

I read that in the paper the other day, what did that guy think would happen. Lets see I'll just stab my team mate no one will notice and I will get to take his starting job. Whew. What goes on in some of these people minds. Thats almost as bad as playing you buddy in a match in golf, the guy is beating you by 5 strokes and you club him over the head with your driver. UGH.

I agree that is a good idea. I think your going to see more guys wearing them that play defense, but I also think they are going to be mandatory before too long. On the flip side I noticed Brandon Bochenski didn't wear one last season.
