Labs are the ultimate exercise plan, who needs a health club. Two mile walks everyday, frisbee in the back yard. Retrieveing/training when we throw the dummy duck and pheasant. Knowing my dog he would pick up the clay pigeons that I missed and bring them back to me. But dakota is used to missed, he has also heard a lot of no bird calls over the last two years. One time I was hunting last season and just after shooting hours two mallard came in and were going to land in the decoys, easy shots, emptied my gun and my dog who was sitting on the bank looks back at me as if to say, nice shot sherlock. As far as shooting clays goes, I find them harder to hit than a pheasant. The ones that come out of the automated machines are whizzing really fast. One time my hunting buddy and I got out shout by a 15 year old girl during a tuesday night clay piegion shoot at the EGF Rod and Gun club (about 8 years ago) so I never fault anyone for for missing a bunch of clays.

Whatever the decision is, I think Sioux fans need closure on it. Either way it would be nice to know.

Actually after a bad day of golf on Friday and how hot it is I am ready for Fall and Ducktober already Unforunately I think we are in a dry cycle and the hunting for Green Heads this season is going to suck unless you hunt next to DVL. Might be a good year to hunt honkers. However, with all of the dry weather the Roosters should be replenished for the season and hockey season happens the same time Pheansants season starts so two many good things happening in the fall. Also read that Sharpies are up as far as druming surveys go. So think should be good this fall. Yep ready for hockey already.

I remember someone commenting on how the Badgers have gone unscathed so far during the summer. Ha, it appears that this is coming to an end. I wonder after his rookie camp if Skille could be on his way out too. Especially if Toews doesn't sign? Oh the humanity. Also as far as Elliot goes, Sioux fans have seen a situation just like this before, only to see the kids sign anyways even after jumping up and down and claiming that they are coming back. We will see. Elliot hold all the cards in the negotation process. I would bet its still 60/40 Elliot goes.

Actually none of us should be shocked that this article hasn't been through the review process. When ever research fits an agenda why would they put it through the review process. They might find out that the research is flawed and tainted. I would imagine in this case this is probably true.

Your definately right Chicago is S#!tty and I would not want to play for the Hawks if I was an up and coming star in the NHL. If Toews does sign I would think Evan Trupp would be on his way to UND this fall? I can't see us finding anyone worthy of playing for the Sioux this season via the recruiting trail since everyone is probably pretty much picked through the diamond in the rough has probably already been picked up.

Don't forget Hannu Toivonen was doing well before he injured his ankle. I just hope the Bruins aren't going to wheel out Tim Thomas and expect that he will be a front line starter. The Bruins are going to be better.

Yep the moron's traded one of their top goalie prospects to the Maple Leafs but they did manage to sign Cedno Chara and Savard in the past week. So getting rid of their old GM might have paid off.

I am not so sure, Clemmensen hasn't really had a chance to prove himself because Brodeur plays almost every game. Clemmensen if you look at his record hasn't done anything wrong he just doesn't play. I am no sure if I was a up and coming goalie I would want to be in that predicament. Of course every goalie wants to start and play a lot. I suppose he could go to Lowell (I think that is NJ new AHL team) and play and get experience. Brodeur isn't going to play forever.

Tyler Arneson wasn't even offered a contract from the Sens so Tyler is also available. I just hope the Wild or Bruins don't pick up his lazy @$$

Well I have heard through rumor central that Lammy has looked good in practice the last year and if Jordy leaves that Phil is more than able to fill the bill. The word is that he needs to play every game and not be rotated.
