I just threw UAA out there because they are a door mat team and the last three years they were dismal, I could have thrown out any number of CCHA, CHA or HE teams. Do people really suggest we throw Hakstol out on his nose because he has been to the Final Five four years in a row and lost? Let

Don't you have somewhere else to hang out. I mean we could be as bad as UAA, but the fact is we are not. Since the Goofs last won a title, the Sioux have finished above the Goofs every year in the National tourney.

By the time most recruits are out of basic training and their advanced individual training they are probably going to be 19 or almost 19 years old.

It changed the year before or right around that time I got in the Military (June of 1985), you had to be the legal drinking age for that state you were stationed in. I was stationed over seas right after basic training. Alabama where I went to basic training was 19 years old and I was 18 at the time so no dice for me. Of course I might have had a drink or two but you didn't want to come back to the barracks drunk in basic training because you would end up reviewing for a second time every thing that you drank or ate that day. In Germany basically we didn't have a drinking age off base and I don't think we had a minimum age on base in Germany or at least I don't remember there being one at Patch Barracks, or it was 19 which was the age that I was the day I signed in at my new unit.

I think if you can be sent to combat when you 18 you should be able to drink a beer. That is what I used to say when I was in the military back in the 1980's. Seems only fair.

Yes they did, I think we are in agreement there. I think one could make the argument that UND was a trap team last season as well. I think the thing that burried them against B.C. was the Sioux went from playing a trap, left wing lock to trying to match B.C.'s speed and got murdered.

Yeah they will be a strong big because Buffalo is very close to Toronto, and Buffalo would attrack a very large group of Canadians coming down from Ontario.

No because door mats like UAA will still be sitting at the bottom of the league and UND will have at least made the tourney and been to he big dance. Hak will leave under his terms. I think a lot of teams would take UND results, just think the last four season the Sioux finished higher than the Goofs...
