LOL is that a crispy Cream. Sure there are negatives, however, I think there has got to be an upside if the kid/guy epecially if he is the leading scorering the BCHL. You don't get to that position by being S#!tty. I remember a player named Tyler Arneson was a bit head case and a little bit heavy, now would be playing yet another year in the NHL this past season if it were not for the Lock Out. I hope this kid walks on and stars on the team.

Notice the report says straight out that UND will not be changing the name. I like it. Although the report tries to blame the ND Board of Higher Education.

We are. We cheer and yell. There are people that glare at us because we stand up and complain about the refs. The point is that they paid more for their ticket than you did. So I don't think we can just throw them out of the arena. You can be loud without using F-Bombs. I would actually like the Arena to allow those noise makers they had during the WJC. I wonder if someone can tell us why they were allowed during the WJC and not during WCHA hockey.

PCM is right. The university belongs to the Students, the State of ND and the Alumni. Being a student doesn't give you the keys to the place, it also doesn't give you a right to be an @$$. Besides REA is a priavtely owned building so they can put the students any where they want them to sit. The behavior of some is ruining it for everyone. Also its time for people to grow up and realize that private money in the form of financial donations from prominant Alumni runs this university plain and simple. Why do you think so many people work in the Alumni office tasked with seeking donations. UND politics is like that on most big campuses. The Alumni are important in making decision on campus. Ask some of the Division one coachs. IF you don't cut the mustard at ND, FSU, UT the Alumni call for the coaches head and they are fired. Just ask Terry Wanless what happens when you cross the prominant alumni. Secondly, students can be loud, say funny things and support their team without throwing F-bombs all over the place. Even though I don't like the University president and I think Charles is a Putz, he does have a valid point. It does make UND look bad when you have ESPN concerned because our students language is too profain for tv. Boy that is something to be proud of as an Alumni of UND. I think some of this came to a head the first season the arena was opened when the students were standing and the suite owners couldn't see the game and the students were asked nicely to sit down and the students told them to go F___ themselves. No offense some of these people spent 10,000's (I think its about 40,000.00) of dollars to sit in their suites so I think they are entitled to be able to see the game. And really honestly, who do you think is going to win in that situation? The bottom line is students need to clean it up or face the consequences.

Isn't it Chad Genoway. Either way, I saw him and asked him if he was coming to UND and he said basically they are still talking. Chad isn't very big but it sounds like he is a good player. I hope we get him.

Its never going to happen their prime $$ seats and cost a lot of money to sit there, I believe that you have to pay 1000.00 just to sit there. I doubt business like the Columbia Mall are just going to give up their seats to accomidate the Students.

Dude go to the Gopher web site where you can discuss all your stupid Gopher stuff, obsess about Kessel and how great a goalie Kellin Briggs is and how you have already sowed up the next three NCAA titles. Obviously your just lowering yourself being here in Siouxville.

I have many book marked on my lap top but I will spare you the agony of reviewing all of them for you.

It will be very interesting to see if Mannino and Fisher can stand up to the pressure next season. I don't see them winning three in a row. Denver definately has won two in a row with awesome goaltending. The part that sucks for me is DU's goaltenders weren't really much better than ours, however, DU has gotten all of the breaks to go their way. I hope and I think the luck can change for UND and we too will see a NCAA title in the next couple of years. I like the fact that we will probably see a two headed monster in net for the Sioux. I also think that Parise and Phil are both better than Fisher. I will be interesting to see if Mannino can stand the heat a second time around.

I have also been told that they could add bleacher at the north end and increase seating. I think the REA is much too big for basketball too. Plus the Betty is a nice venue for basket ball.

I suppose he can play hockey and Baseball at UND. If true that huge the kid is a great skater but needs some time in the weight room.

So what would be an uncommon duck hunter?

First off you really need to question someone that has a Michael Moore moniker on his avitar...
-
I know why because he didn't want to admit he was scored on.

I have to respectfully disagree with you. I remember from that night the replay shows the puck was in the net. In fact the puck and the goaltenders glove was inside the net. Of course not being able to see the puck because, duh, it was in the net. The ref was chicken to make the right call. I think it was a huge non call. I mean really the whole glove was in the net. However, I am ready to move on.

IF the administration monkeys with the Student Seating at the arena there is going to be a real problem with the atmosphere of the arena.

Northern Arizona had a team at one time.

Sounds like your dad chewed some of the same dirt as the boys from Easy Company in Band of Brothers.

Who are you and why are you enabling Josh? What the hell is this world coming to. Now we have people sticking up for Josh, apparently dorky reporters can't have their columns questioned and they have handlers even for college news papers, yikes. Take your geek logic and go away.

Actually I would call it more like Ward Churchill like. Basically the same Chicken S#!T stuff though. Only answer the questions you want to answer. I recommend writing or calling the papers editor if you haven't. Finally, you can put me in the don't respect Holman column, he is definately not Chuck Klosterman material.
