Over the past two weeks athetes from the U.S. have been competing for the chance to compete in the Olympics to prove they are the top in the world. To me; each and every one of them are at the top just making it to the trials and the Olympics, but from past experences I have learned it is the heart and belief that keeps people going and makes me see them as number one. its not about how well you do, but the strenght you put into the event and dream. With a lower division big sky team and big dog team the first three weeks what 2-1 combo would you be most excited about.

sorry fightingsioux4life, but I grow up going to all the football and basketball games. Never did I have much of a chance to attend hockey games. In all reality I love watching the sioux football games best. Those who came to the unc game last year would know. I was the one screaming my head off at the game.

what is so big about finally being in the big sky? Nothing really goes on tomorrow. I relize we have been waiting for a few years, but tomorrow when we arwe in the big sky nothing will be different, we will still be waiting for fall practice and the first game.

I for one have loved watching the track and swimming, but my favorite summer OLYMPIC SPORT is gymnastics. The U.S. have had some great athletes in the past two OLYMPICS, My favorite not getting a shot because of a injury Shawn Johnson and Nastia Luikin. on the men's side the Hamm brothers.

everyone who goes to the ndsu/und game should buy through ndsu . That way we can take away tickets from the bison fans and produce more sioux fans at the game.

sell The sioux were luckey to get what they did last year. Intering the big sky will make it a lot tougher for the special teams.

I buy them being better then 7. I believe that they have the pieces they need outside of the secondary. If they find that piece they could finish as high as 4. Buy or Sell The Sioux are better as a team now then Montana was two years ago.( just to get a sence after the lost down there)

What does buy mean and sell mean?

For me teams can never control the clock by passing the ball. I believe it is better to run the ball and take time off the clock if the running game is working. The sioux did great running and if we could have a decent passing game the running game would likely be even beter with less on them.

What does it mater when we officially join, if practice does not even start until Aguast. Games mid to late Aguast?

Growing up The sioux football, hockey and basketball players were the ones I looked up to. I never knew any of the players of the sports, but interacting with them at signings, or the french frie feed gave me the goal of making it to were they had made it. For me seeing videos of past events reminds me yes it is worth it, and what being a kid with a hero really means. Now that I am in college, I see all the kids in the arenas on sioux insider and I think some day they to will be here looking back on college hereos. Living in wyoming I see 10,000 to 15,00 fans at every game, and yet for me I would rather be in a crowd of 5,000 sioux fans anyday.

How about TENNIS and CROSS COUNTRY? They moving up and when do they get things going?

I live in wyoming, and working with a local radio station with mountain west coach interviews, I am really getting excited but sad it won't come faster.

I for one am looking forward to fall practice, as it will at least give us fans something to watch and talk about. Does everyone else love it, or is it not here until the first game. Maybe even the second game considering the first opponet. When does this football season start for real??

I agree keep Ralph as is and find a new /old home to play at. It was clear from Engalsted that he wanted the sioux or no building. We no longer will have the sioux so the building goes to. It belongs to the sioux history. It would keep the memories and dreams alive in Grand Forks.

I vote for something with weather involved. Blizards, flood gate, or moquetoes

In all reality students come and go, but the fans mainly stay for life. I believe that since the state got ride of the name and the idea that most people in Grand Forks live for the college it is only right that the people on Grand Forks get the vote. Having students vote is dumb since they leave and the name stays.
