I am so happy I had the chance to see the old hockey arena one final time over winter break. I will be attending UND in the fall and it will be strange not seeing it. I grew up on the base for eight years and remember attending many outdoor fooball games and hockey games at the old arena. I hope the outdoor stadium isn't going to be affected by the new building. I can't wait to go over the hill and see the field. That was the first thing I had to do when I took a trip to Grand Forks to see UND this winter.

I'm lost at this point who have we gained over the recruiting peried so far and as a whole how does the defense look compared to this fall?

What happond to the First Night event. It was a huge event when I was groqwing up there from 1995-2003. Is there anything else that goes on in town on new years eve?

Do they still have the ice sculptures?

I am looking to visit Grand Forks around New Years, since I am transfering to UND in the fall. Is anyone aware of a first night this year? All I have found is the 2009 event at the football stadium.

I do not know if I will get the chance, but as right now I think I am going to be at the game. It will be the first of two games in Greely (basketball) I will see in order to get some practice in for the football season next year in Grand Forks. Last year I continuesly cheered for the sioux but this year I am a little unsure what to yell as the sioux are no more. Do people at und still yell go Sioux alot? I lost my voice,last year mid way through the third quarture, but siting beside the sioux section was great.

at the local high school games in wyoming, the school bands plays a song students traditionally know. At WYO they do cotten eye joe. What do we do anything?

After the shootout, we can see that our offense outside of the running game is red hot and the defense is ice cold. Where does last nights game put us in the rankings? Do we gain or lose votes?

We were suppost to lose this game, and doing so doesn't change the idea that we are in the running for the playoffs. Muss will find the way to get the defense back on the good page, and the running game will come. Miller and sutton are pretty good. They will sooner or later brake through.

I relize this was a fromer player, but really? Rght or wriong the police did find stuff in the house. Even if Belotti wasn't involved he likely knew and should had come forward. I trelize I shoul;dn't be critical, but I hink he did use them at one point, as it would be hard not to when a teamate is using them as if it were,

irishSiouxfan how dare you say any such thing. I live and breath sioux sports. My family went to the outside games in the snow, rain, and winter temps. My parents were rich enough to pay for hockey tickets, so I spent everyweekend lissoning to every game on the radio. Even after people have told me for the past 6 years not to return back to Grand Forks I have already turn in my application for the 2013 school year. Also if you went to the col. game last year, I was the one even sioux gfans got tired of, becuase I was non stop cheering for the sioux. Just ask anyone who went and they will remember.

you can tell by the color markings that there are way to many open seats. Just look at the difference in ticket maps between the montana game and the second game. Big difference.

n all games or just potato bowl and the montana game. I get the fact the first game willbe at a minimum becuase it is small compared to the bigh games coming up, but even the second game has almost an empty croud at this point based on ticket sells.
