Will there be a double header for the NDSU/UND match ups this year. I think having the two different events takes away from the women's game. Not many show up for that game. A Saturday double header would be fun.

Wow I had not heard about this. I was wondering why all this talk was going on.

It doesn't mater what we think the field should have. We just had new turf put in last year and won't see a change for a few years likely.

The Wyoming Cowboys field also will have mountains in the endzones. I think we should have a picture of something in ours that represent North Dakota or Grand Forks. What would that be though?

Also I have run into many younger generation adults who say the lived in North Dakota and once followed the bison, but have turned towards the Sioux. Showing that, for every group of fans that switch from UND you also have those that move from NDSU to the Sioux.

I grew up a Sioux fan primarily attending Football and Basketball. At the time, hockey was something I watched on t.v or listened to on the radio. At this point, I will be returning to Grand Forks as a student, and I can tell you with out a doubt I live and breath for UND. I never thought for a second since my early childhood that NDSU was better. Just because UND may be struggeling lately while NDSU gans national attention with its two national titles and It's March Madness apperance doesn't mean the younger fans switch. Those who switch are never hard solid fans. When the Sioux (UND) rise those fans will be back. The solid fans who live for the green and black will never switch. If fans switched every time a team was good or bad neither one of the North Dakota school would have had a solid fan base in the late 90's early 2000's. If I recall right, We went about 6 straight seasons when the away team won games. That was during the years the two towns had subway bets.

If the building comes close to the field, then how will they build stands if they come to build a new stadium. (build up stadium)

UND goes to NCAAS: Sell. I can see them make it to the title game; however, I am not going to say I expect anything more then that. I don't think we have seen enough team work built to make it. I do believe it can happen if the work is put in during the coming months. Huff's passing skills and Anderson's leadership will go a long way in determining the success of the team.

I was wondering if there has been any signs that we may return to the outdoor football field. I will miss the old hockey arena, but to me the most memerable UND sports complece is the old football stadium. If we don't use the old football stadium that will be gone too. I would suspect it to become a topic in the next few years if not already. I apologize for me spelling.

yes over a week ago. I visited the base I grow up on, and its sad to say, but without the drone project the base likely won't last long.

It is likely that sooner or later (likely sooner) the base will close since the base lost out on the newest plans. Speaking as a retired Airforce brat and a student at UND I personally think the base has done alot for the town and I think we should honor them by having the mascot of Warriors of the North.

Does the ticket office have a ticket count for season tickets to this point? How does it compare to the past three seasons?

I know it is only one night in football, but stop having classes at night.
