The team we are playing has been outscored 111-0 in their first two games. Let's keep that streak alive.

Geography is a tired old alibi.

The patented geography excuse.

Really? There were three coaching changes over the off-season. VB may be next.

This is a big season for the coaching staff. Another season of 3-0 and 3-1 losses and it may be time for a change.

Please no more opposing QBs and WRs playing pitch and catch in the middle of the field with the nearest defender 15+ yards away. I got so tired of watching teams (some of them not very good) do that all season long at home.

2025-26 University of North Dakota Hockey Season

Too much nonsense inside and outside the locker room. Also, Berry was just not capable of motivating the team. -
We need to have this game completely out of reach by halftime. So we can get the 2nd and 3rd stringers some game time reps. It is important to build depth. That will pay off big time later in the season.

Let's just agree that all school shootings are horrific and impact our most vulnerable and precious resource - our kids and grandkids. Please take your arguments about who's fault it is elsewhere. Thank you.

2025-26 University of North Dakota Hockey Season
fightingsioux4life replied to Frozen4sioux's topic in Men's Hockey
He's been in Duluth for 25 years. He has made public comments harshly criticizing the new landscape in college athletics. He just sounds like he doesn't want to do it anymore. Dean Blais probably had it right when he said no one should stay in one place for too long. -Lucia did that. -Berenson did that. -York did that. -Gino did that. Sandy has had tremendous success in Duluth, but that won't save him forever. If he cannot adapt to the increasingly complicated landscape of college athletics, he will get left behind. If that happens, he'll end up leaving Duluth involuntarily. -

I think Sandy may be thinking about retirement. He's been there for a quarter century. That's a long time to be in one place. Maybe some newer, younger blood is needed in Duluth. -
Does anyone know who is in charge of organizing Potato Bowl week activities? Who funds all of that?

Be that as it may, @Big A HG is 100% correct. The sooner Jax and company can get us back to being the blue blood that we are, the sooner we can get this foul taste out of our mouths from the past several years of mediocrity and underachievement. -
I think the tickets will get sold as the week goes on. Potato Bowl always draws well.

Is this his third school?

Isn't 213 where the band sits?

I am not a fan of moral victories. However, the following facts make what we did on Saturday night impressive: -A new head coach in his first game. -A new defensive scheme. -A sophomore QB who had almost no playing time last season. -Playing an FBS team on the road, a team with something to prove after a terrible game one. Given all that, what we did was impressive. I think we lose that game by four touchdowns if it was played last season. Time to blow out Portland State and get the backups some quality playing time.

Potato Bowl generally draws well regardless of how the team looks. Same with Homecoming. -
These idiots are in multiple forums using multiple usernames. Time to clean house. 😡

Give Schmidt a couple of quality recruiting classes and the rivalry game will get back to what it was in the 1990's. -
And you act like you own this place. Well, you don't. And you'll get no deference from me. Now go to bed.
