    if the feeling was mutual where western and Miami wanted to leave and the nchc wanted to replace them with bigger fish would the 1.5 mill buyout go away? I would guess...yes?

    I think the "travel" word is what is holding up asu...I don't think western mich and Miami are happy in the nchc (travel and lack of regional rivals-bgu or notre dame) and I think the majority of teams in the wcha aren't happy either (travel-Alaska-twice, Alabama, and now maybe Arizona?)...I think asu is trying to talk unlv to jump with them..i don't think asu wants to join the wcha one year and see it implode and go scrambling for another conference the next year...

    didn't say it was desireable (especially after what happeneded when we played down there last time) but it is different...imo the wac fbs takes two of the four Dakota schools (with und having one spot ) so it its either usd, sdsu, or the ndac...seems the ag schools are holding out for a mvc invite and I'm thinking of usd has a shot to go big they will go...with or without sdsu.

    I do think SV's larger north / south WAC fbs is a little too large...an eight team WAC fbs league consisting of North Dakota South Dakota Idaho Montana Montana State New Mexico State Wichita State Missouri State would work because 1. to the casual fan FBS is the best (just like und hockey the top tier)...they would go to the alerus just to go because its fbs 2. no down games (no suu, unc, nau, ewu, or wsu) 3. maybe a tv contract where some games might get national tv 4. home games versus ohio, Miami (oh), wyoming > drake, Robert morris, or valpo

    disagree...instead of four possible home games against southern Utah, Idaho state, northern Colorado, and eastern Washington und might get Missouri state, Idaho, new mexico state, and Wichita state....

    to all the people that voted either for nodaks or hawks...what did you think your logo was gonna look like? at least with roughriders you knew what you were gonna get... you voted for a hawk and this what you get...and worse if you voted for nodak you would probably get something ambiguous like this...

    exactly...und v und...green and white v green white...unless we we went with burnt orange and brown it was time to move on...i see my small undsports.com icon on chrome just switched to the new logo...one thing i think we forget about, including me, is the experts know how a logo looks large, small, and inbetween...my very small nd hawk logo on chrome is must more distinguishable than the old interlocking nd logo...just saying.

    not sure what was on Delaware's football helments were before the "homage to Michigan" but can you imagine und paying homage to Colorado state and adding horns on our helmets....
