Does Coach Berry have an annual meeting with the AD after the conclusion of the season to recap what went right/what went wrong? If so, I wonder when that meeting occurs and if there will be any hard, candid topics of conversations.

I’d be thrilled if he came to UND! He’s not very big but he’s a pest, is tenacious on the ice, and he has some offensive skill.

My money is on Michaud going to Duluth next season. He’s from Cloquet and is buddies with several of the Bulldogs players.

I like the UMass story. Besides facing DU as a reason to root for them, I like the way they play. I hadn’t seen them until this weekend and loved their aggressiveness and moxy (I sound like Dave Starman). I also like the fact that for years, they’ve been a perpetual bottom feeder in Hockey East so it would be great to see them get some of the limelight besides the usual suspects, BC and BU.

They were really talking up Cale Makar from UMass as well as Notre Dame goalie Cale Morris. The analysts on ESPN made a comment about Morris just making the six foot cutoff to make it in the NHL. My question is this, why is there a hard and fast rule that a guy has to be at least six feet tall to be successful in the pros? An acquaintance of mine asked CC goalie Alex Leclerc why he wasn’t drafted and he said among other things, because he’s too short (5’ 11”).

I keep thinking back to that a hole St. Cloud fan from last Saturday who ran out of the men’s room without washing his hands with his belt undone only to cut in front of another fan at the top of the stairs so he could see the game play before heading to his seat. What a class act. Hope he got a birds eye view of AIC’s goals tonight.

You have Clarkson below DU simply because of the colors of their uni’s?!?! They could show up wearing CCCP jerseys and I’d still root for them over DU any day of the week and twice on Sundays!

St. Cloud has a very winnable regional this year given their opponents as well as how talented the Huskies are. DU and Ohio State are good teams but can’t see either of them hanging with a hungry Huskies team.

Actually, I mis-spoke....I meant, Trainwreck should be playing in the Fargo regional. Had we just beaten Soft Dump in the Corner as well as the Pink Tacos, I think our ticket would’ve been punched!
