This was discussed between periods of a Vancouver-LA game a few nights ago. The TV analyst said that the Canucks GM told him that Boeser would be back at UND for his sophomore year.

The St.Cloud and Denver games were not on Cam. If you look at the St. Cloud game you will see that every goal (or nearly every one) was tipped. A tipped shot is nearly impossible for any goalie to stop. He was just flat left out to dry in the Denver games.

I would like to think that Cam got his crappy game out of the way last weekend, and will be fine from here on out. Do you remember when Zane had his worst game? It was in the FF and the year was done. I don't see that happening this year.

Some good news on the "who is leaving early" front. One of the studio analysts between periods of tonight's Vancouver-LA game said that Vancouver's GM told him that the plan is for Boeser to return to UND for his sophomore season. I figured he would be gone after the year he has had.

I think ND's biggest complaint about playing in HE is the travel, and it would be reduced substantially in B1G, but the TV contract is too big an obstacle to overcome.

Well they are not happy being in Hockey East, so it could happen. Not real likely but possible.

Just like Wooooster isn't a neutral site for the Boston schools.

Is it a case of losing money when it is held at the Ralph, or a case of making more money in Fargo? The atmosphere Saturday night was great. Not sure what attendance was but looked like about 5,000. Worst case, alternate between Fargo and Grand Forks. And maybe ask the kids where they would like to play.

Thought he might be from Wisconsin, but he is from Texas. Must have a connection at WI.

Even though RR is undefeated, they are going to have a tough time winning in the tourny. Goaltending has been very weak.

The only reason to keep him on the ice is to take faceoffs.

And they dropped to 4th in the Pairwise??

They have not scored in two games, but they have not played poorly. Had several chances but unlike earlier in the year didn't put the puck in the net. I don't see breaking them up.

OK, I didn't know that. Then I think we won't see him play the rest of the year.

I can't imagine they won't redshirt him, although I think he could play a game or two and still go that route.

And what about Luke? He was doing much better up until this weekend, and then went back to his old ways. Minus 4 on Friday and took a real stupid penalty. He did well on faceoffs (at least on Friday, I don't know about last night). Maybe he needs to sit for a game or two.

That is a good point. I didn't see the Saturday game either so maybe he made some good saves.
