I think the goalie coach would be there to coach the goalies, nothing else. I don't think he would have any say in determining which goalie would be starting. Therefore, I don't think Blais would have to listen to the coach ever.

An AD facing the charges he is, is news, especially when he is the AD at a school in your conference.

I definitely agree with this statement. Saturday night's game was very dull, both on the ice and in the crowd.

The ice time Parise, Bochenski, Murray logged last weekend was way too much. I couldn't believe on friday how every time I looked at the ice, it seemed those guys were on it.

I guarantee that the majority of the money will follow the big basketball school. CBS will not be shelling out money if the big schools are not in the NCAA's tourney.

They have really played well this year. I've seen a bunch of games and have really started to enjoy them. It will be fun next year to play a full-blown WCHA schedule.

Jones is very solid and steady and does not make a lot of mistakes. He isn't very flashy so therefore doesn't garner all the headlines like some explosive dmen would across the country.

Just a side not about this, I'm not sure how safe it is to bring young babies to the games either, especially if you are sitting in the lower bowl. I've had many pucks blast by my head/hands and I know what kind of damage they can do to a person. It really scares me to see people with babies sitting in the lower bowl.

It is refreshing to read a post like Carl's on here, just because a lot of us seem to focus on the negatives after a weekend like last one, instead of focusing on a lot of the positives we still have going for us.
