Mollberg also came in touted as a very athletic, mobile, running QB. Ran for over 1,000 yds as a HS Jr QB, while that ankle injury limited his play & his games Sr year, I believe. I know Joe has bulked up quite a bit since coming to UND... I've thought this whole season that Joe should drop a few pounds in order to regain some of that speed & mobility he used to have. Work on some speed training in the off-season, if that's what Rudolph wants in this offense from the QB. Definitely will be interesting to see what happens the rest of this year (Bartels & Mollberg) & for next season, if Bartels, Mollberg & Studsrud are all in the mix.

The gobc doesn't need any thoughts or input from outsiders! They run the chosen city & the athletic dept. Now, pick up the phone & call Rudolph again & tell him who to play @ QB & how to run "his" offense ASAP.

UND "Homecoming" is held to welcome back Alumni/Graduates (you know, the people that actually attended UND & earned a college degree)... which I seriously doubt you are one of. Congrats on growing up in Grand Forks though.

Considering Meindel has never attempted a field goal or extra point in a college game, as well as being a "true" sophomore, I would hardly call him a "veteran" player.

As bad as Mollberg can look at times, he was gritty as hell & made some nice plays/throws come crunch time. Still have to put it together for a full game though.

Obviously, 2 games in Fargo is not ideal, but I'm just glad the rivalry is being renewed. As a UND student back in tha day my favorite days of the year were always Sioux-Bisen football, SpringFest & Sioux-Gophers hockey (in that order). Glad to see that Sioux-Bisen experience is being brought back for the program, students, fans & alumni. Just a thought... Realistically, UND will be a big underdog in that 2015 game. But, what IF, just IF... UND knocks off the mighty bisen that first game??? The ol' bisen faithful gotta sit & stew over that til 2019. Nothing would be better! That's why they play game...

Heard NDSU had called w/ a full-ride & he turned it down. (although don't know if that was at the "end".) The NDSU offer supposedly came a few weeks ago. May have been other schools as well.

Yeah, I saw a pic on twitter that Hartley signed at the same time as Harris at Morgan Park, curious why Hartley's hasn't been announced. Simmons shouldn't be having weather issues in Mesa. Hopefully they are all signed & announced soon.
