The problem is we are in late March now. One bad stretch of a game seems to happen alot in March and April.

In case you missed the memo, the only way to win playoff hockey is to get lucky. Even though we are the #1 team in America, we need to rely on "luck" to win it all. Not sure I would play Cashman and Shanks at the same time. Way too slow and big to be able to handle athletic teams. They should interchange with each other. Need an athletic 4 out there, even if he is a bit undersized. Bernstine or Hobaugh come to mind.

I wouldn't call it restructuring when coaches leave for other jobs. Backfilling, maybe. When the last assistant left for USD and Craig Smith that should have told people alot about what he thought of his future at UND.
