UND's regular rotation of 9 players consists of 3 seniors, 4 juniors, 1 sophomore, and 1 freshman. Do they need time to "gel"?

Here is what I don't get - We are now being told that Huff and the boys (2013) were "D2 players...how do we know they were good recruits because nobody else offered them and we got them during D2 transition". Then, we were told lately, on this board, that "last year's team didn't work hard and this years team does". We have been told that this year's team (2014) is "D1 recruits", based on the fact the transition is over. So the HS/Juco kids are technically D1 recruits and the 6 others are D1 transfers. We are also being told that this year's team "works hard and plays hard every game". Last years team (2013) was 12-8 in Big Sky play and 17-17 overall. This years teams (2014) is 1-4 in Big Sky play and 5-11 overall. My question: Why aren't these true D1, hard working players doing better than those lazy D2 players we had last year? Am I seeing it wrong?

How NDSU has fared....LOL. They suck at baseball. They won a 4 team tournament last spring to go to the NCAA tournament. It was a joke the NCAA even let them in based on that farce.

They are going to sink even more money into Women's hockey? Get a penny back for every dollar you put in, cool. UND might need to take a page from Omaha and other schools that cut sports to focus on the one's that are important. UND has way too many sports to begin with. Cut the fat (both men and women) and put the money into other sports.

How many years does it take to pick a nickname? So if they get two more years it won't "suck"? Time has nothing to do with it. There are only so many nicknames out there and the future name has probably been mentioned already. They are choosing to delay this for years when they really don't have to. If somebody put a gun to their head and said to pick a name, they would.
