At risk of prolonging a dying argument on HS vs College passion, I would like to add my humble observation. College passion is more powerful and longer lasting because the choosing of a college is one of the first major decision a young person makes upon entering adulthood.

IMHO, need to definitely keep OD on lower line, he just doesn't seem to gel with mark and mike. Would rather see Sanderson than Murphy.
