The only bright spot is they don't report the violation to the DMV or your insurance company. It was an expensive trip back to ND when I figure in the fine, the extra hotel room and extra dining costs while waiting for I-29 to open.

Did anyone else get busted by the photo cop in Sioux City? I got a nice letter today stating I owe $168 for going 67 in a 55 on Feb 10th.

We left Applebee's and were on our way to check into our room at the Holiday Inn Express. As we drove by the I-29 on-ramp, a plow was clearing the entrance so we decided to pull into the truck stop parking lot and wait. Within about 5 minutes, the road opened to the ND border and people started running to their cars. Just as we were taking the off-ramp to the casino, I-29 to Fargo was opened. We just got home about 10 minutes ago. It was an interesting couple of days. If you look just to the right of the ROAD CLOSED sign, you'll see the plow truck coming to lift the gate.

29 into nd is fine. we are going 70!

Room booked at the Watertown HI Express. We're packing it in until Tuesday.

We made it to Watertown from Brookings about 2 hours ago. Roads were icy but could drive around 40mph comfortably. Now we're just hanging out at Applebee's with around 50 other Sioux fans.

The Applebee's in Brookings looks like the one in GF on game night.

We just checked in at the Hampton Inn in Brookings. There are a lot of ND plates in the parking lot.

I don't care how the vote turns out, the '87 white is the best jersey in the history of college sports!

Four of us will be in Section 221. I hope the weather is nice so my 6 year old and 3 year old enjoy it!
