This past Christmas I received a North Dakota Hockey Team Gnome from my wife's brother, Kevin. This AM he passed away after a nine month battle with Cancer. I dedicate this game of Sioux Survivor to you Kevin as I feel that this Gnome will be a good luck charm to the Fighting Sioux in their quest for their third consecutive Final 5 Title! Friday- Nelson

After going through withdrawl last weekend because I was out of town and could not watch the games. I did catch the end of Saturdays game at 4:00 AM a couple of days ago.I am looking forward to Windomnet (my cable provider) showing this weekends games on FCS!

Friday would probably be better with Fighting Sioux Day being celebrated Saturday in downtown St Paul. Most people will be be dressed in green for the celebration. I would also like to meet the "infamous" Goon.

The last two years and last years NCAA I stayed at the Holiday Inn EAst by 3M. They have a shuttle to the X. You may have to wait a while getting back as they only ran 2 shuttle vans last year after games. But at least you do not have to pay for parking downtown. I am staying there this year again.

Will miss this series this weekend for the first time in six years. Son & his wife are expecting our second grandchild any day now in Mankato. MY wife is worried we would not make from st Cloud to Mankato if our grandchild is born. GO SIOUX!!!

I would consider going to this outdoor game. Would be a fun time with tailgating. It is only about a 4 hour trip from southern Minnesota for me. One huge tailgating get together could be planned.

I will be driving up Friday night and returning home to Southern Minnesota for a full weekend of deer hunting and trying to stay awake during Saturdays game. I hate it when this series falls on deer hunting weekend!
