I feel like the fact that we got a sweep at a time when we were playing poorly says something... Maybe it's just me.

Anything that makes SCSU fans unhappy (aka playing Miami) is okay with me so I consider this all a win-win situation. I prefer winning the Cup though. I like winning.

NCHC rationalized it to SCSU fans on Twitter as rewarding actual wins instead of shootout wins and ties. Personally, considering the lead SCSU had in the conference title race, they should only be mad at themselves for not putting it away earlier. It'd be interesting if we win the league having been the only team in the league to have not been in a shootout this year.

Pattyn is on the PP because when we have to dump the puck on the PP when the opposition stacks all their guys at the blue line he is one of our best puck retrieval guys, not possession. This was stated on the live chat during one of the previous games.

Murphy has had a ton of shots IMO, so I'm not sure how many he should get at this point

Since Friday's game has been switched to FSN Plus I bet Senser's will have it, but I'm not sure about Saturday's. I'm going to do some digging. UND Sports won't have the stream because UMD web streams go through America One.

Having been one of the few people on this board to see Miami play live all 4 times we played them this year since I was in Oxford also, it's absolutely stunning to me how far they have fallen since October. Just in seeing internet chatter, some of their fans seem to think the problem has been egos on the team. I guess that doesn't really surprise me.

I think the last I heard of interest was when he was with the U-17 team, which was probably 3 years ago. I'm not sure what he's up to these days. I think he moved on to the USHL after he aged out of the NTDP, but not sure if he's still around the league.

Don't even look at the Wiki for recruiting stuff. It's so outdated. There's only 3 "prospective" players listed on there. 1 is a freshman at UMD, 1 is committed to Quinnipiac and Olsson I don't know his deal.

Considering I was told when I was in Oxford at our series there that they were winning the national championship this season, I think disappointment would be an understatement.

I looked at their box score and I didn't see any of their, who I would consider, key players missing. So if that was the case, I don't think it still is the situation. I think they have other issues.

I said at one point. Meaning before the game ended. Yale had jumped up 5 spots to go ahead of us but they have since gone back down. Point is, these fluctuate A LOT.

We actually at one point had slipped to 17.

The lines are the same as they've been except O'Donnell and Caggiula switched spots.
