If he is being offered $500k or more then by all means he should take it. Can’t blame him for it. I think anyone offering that kind of money is nuts and is unlikely to see a good return on that investment.

So how much is he being offered? Is it 100k, 500k, a million or more?

Not sure that style of play will work in the playoffs. You may win some games but to win 4 in a row against good teams will be very tough.

Their fans should be able to car pool and still have extra space.

40 goals allowed in regulation over the past 14 games (2.86 average). Not acceptable. This team has no chance at #9 if this continues.

This is “hock” hockey.

Before tonight our last 13 games: 3,4,3,3,1,0,3,4,4,3,3,3,1. That’s goals allowed in regulation. In 10 out of 13 we gave up 3 or more goals. Tonight, 3 more so far. That is a recipe for losing in the NC$$ tourney. Almost no chance of winning a championship with that level of defense. I was hoping they would show some improvement in that area tonight but it’s not happening.

Hard to see Boisvert with much success unless he matures quite a bit. Doesn’t seem at all ready to handle playing in the NHL.

Sometimes I think they prioritize short term profits over the long term health of the product. You absolutely need to get kids and young people invested in the product so they will become long term fans. Pretty difficult for a lot of family’s to go to games when having to pay $62/$50 per ticket (plus possible fees). Much easier and cheaper to just watch on TV or stream.

Discounting the tickets from $50 to $20 now may cause people to wait for the sale price in the future. They need come up with a reasonable pricing model in the future. The goal should be a sellout and to create an awesome playoff environment to encourage people to come back for future games. Something along the lines of $40 lower deck, $25 upper deck sounds reasonable to me.

Obviously intentional and the league should suspend him for a game. If not, there is no real penalty for doing it, might as well do it again.

Better to get thru any illness now and not during NC$$ regionals.

If UND gets one point it eliminates Western from winning the league. Denver could still tie UND.

At a minimum let the gold medal game go 5x5 for a full 20 minute ot, then go to a 3x3 for 20 minutes.
