The St Cloud/Colorado College game has no bearing for the Sioux. The bottom line is that if UMD pulls off the upset and defeats Denver, UMD and NOT UND will meet the St Cloud/CC winner in the play-in game. The Sioux would then move to the other bracket and play Wisconsin Friday afternoon instead of Minnesota Friday night. If Denver beats UMD tonite, the Sioux would play the St Cloud/CC winner on Thursday night.

I've been to hundreds of games dating back to 1992. This was a case where my mind won out over my heart.

OK, after 1.5 hours of mulling it over, it would appear weather would be too much of a factor for me to make such a trip. Besides, after tonite's results, I'll be watching the Sioux in person anyways on Friday afternoon. Senser's it is...assuming it's game-on.

Someone please talk some sense into me. Siouxguyinstpaul is driving up to Grand Forks to watch this game, leading me to think that our beloved Sioux need all the fan support they can get. I'm seriously pondering making the drive myself. Would anyone else be insane enough to ride along from the Mpls/St Paul area, go to the game, then drive back immediately after the game? You have about 1.5 hours to hop on here and catch a ride.

I just logged onto ticketmaster.com...seats available in section 108 and 109. I'm actually tempted to make the drive myself, as nuts as that seems.

Assuming the game is on at Senser's, I would love to go.

I talked to her today...she had to work last night and tonite. She'll be at the Final Five though. I'll be there, section 102 row 11. Assuming that the Sioux win tomorrow night, my buddy (wearing Team Sweden below) will be wearing my Sioux jersey at the first Sioux game in the Final Five. How sweet it would be to avenge the 2004 Final Five bet debacle (the Sioux title game loss in OT) and erase this terrible memory of last year's CC/Gopher game...

I figured it would be packed tonite, so I stayed home. I SWEAR, I'm going to be there tomorrow night watching the game!

Considering the embarrassing loss last night to UAF, I figured the Spartans were due tonite.

I'm retarded. UND only needed UMD or Michigan Tech to to pull off a road upset, which would yank UND out of the Thursday play-in game (and potential Friday night Gopher match-up) and put them directly into the semi-finals Friday afternoon. That is the only way they would not play the Gopher Friday night. Cmon Bulldogs!

I hate two goal leads.

Siouxsports was down (or else my internet connection was hosed) so I really didn't get an idea of who was going there. No, I didn't make it there last night.

Good. A win tonite and I PROMISE to go watch the game at Senser's tomorrow night!

If the Sioux win tonite, I'm game for going to watch Sunday's game.
