A powerhouse doesn't necessary need to win a NC year after year to be labeled a powerhouse. Kansas basketball has won 1 NC since 1988 and won 3 overall aren't they known as a basketball powerhouse? It's the persona of winning your conference consistantly, winning playoff games, and beating good teams every year. Understand?

How many NCC titles did NDSU win between 1993 (NDSU fans love to pick starting years so I decided to pick this one) and 2003, and how many did UND win? We will excuse the 2006 UND defeating MVFC power UNI to prove our strength against upper divisions.

And in that time frame...ZERO playoff games in the Fargodome. Yep power did go 70 miles north of Fargo.

Teams in the FBS need a minimum of 20-25k seat Stadium, 16k is not going to do it especially if you are a disposable FBS team like Idaho or New Mexico St.

Some people don't like to compare us with NDSU. I guess they feel NDSU is on a different level.

Maybe the NCAA will flex its muscles on Idaho with the 15k attendance requirement just to rid them of the FBS for good.
