SCSU played pretty well this weekend. I've been to a few of their games this year and they can play really well at time and then struggle. Still bugs the heck out of me when they start to push and shove and then skate away or behind the ref. Many times last night Roe started something or takes a dive and then trash talks as he goes behind the ref. Every time we play them its a great series. I would love a sweep as I work with a lot of the SCSU season ticket holders. Go Sioux!

I hope their webcast isn't like the one CC had where they showed us the scary large Tiger Head numerous times. Maybe their screen saver is a smart kid in the library with hand on chin looking up and thinking.

The same thing happened to me. I have the same equipment. Now I just put the shorter lens on it when I carry it in.

I'd like to echo that and add I'm very thankful for a website like this so I can keep up with an awesome University. I'm also thankful for our coaches, trainers, and players that give up a lot of their time and work very hard so we can be entertained during the year.

Maybe if people had to drive like me 4 hours one way to the game ( sometimes on ice) they'd shout, scream and yell . I was up for the AA series and started the "LET'S GO SIOUX" cheer and got some strange looks from those in front of me. I also thought I might have to check the pulse on a few others as they sat and stared motionless during the game. I think the issue might be that some people have more of a passion for Sioux hockey than others, and others just enjoy getting out and sitting in a large crowd and like to be quiet. I think a performance at the Chester Fritz might be better suited for those that like to be quiet.

We saw them play on Saturday and I have some photo of the goal they scored. I am so bummed that we came back before today's game! Congrats to the team on this big win. This team is fun to watch. I'll be at all 4 of their games when they come to St. Cloud. GOAL VS. UMD

That's one of the reasons why I love going to Sioux games when they are on the road. The fans yell and get into the game a lot more. I was proud of our support this past weekend in Duluth.

Just got in the door from our road trip to Duluth. Good fan base for the Sioux and loud up in Duluth. Nice job fans! Very frustrating weekend when it came to getting some points. I was down in the tunnel taking photos before and during the game and you can see the frustration on the staff and the players too. We've been to 7 games so far this year and I have seen some improvement, but we need to get better.

We're staying at the Raddison again this year. That is also where the team stayed last year. They have a walk way that connects right to the DECC arena so you don't have to go outside. A few blocks away there are a lot of places to eat. We like the Green Mill down near the water.

Looking forward to coming up this weekend and seeing the ladies' team compete. We've watched all their home games on the internet so far and it's great to see them playing well. A good challenge this weekend for them.

A wounded animal is dangerous - and this SIOUX team is wounded. Seawolves.... You've been warned. I see our awesome training staff getting these guys healthy in the weeks to come. As a coach myself, I have gone through many many seasons with members of my team on the sidelines because of injuries during early portions of our season only to get them healthy in time for Regional competition and make it to the State Tourney. During the time when our top players were down others stepped up. It made the team bond together more and the ones coming back came back on a mission. I'm heading up to GF and will be watching a sweep by our Sioux team over AA!
