This unveristy and it's athletic department should be held to a higher standard from the public and it's fans with what has come out as fact so far in this whole VB ordeal...and Faison is at the top of the athletic department. That's my opinion. The press releases and stories about UND are starting to look like what I read about in the Fargo Forum quite often.

Long story short...this situation is just a frickin' mess from Faison on down. This is just a huge black eye on the athletic department.

Parks in 13 games this season has 3 goals. Only 42 to go...and BTW I'll put $100 on the under if anyone wants to take me up on that. This conversation is ridiculous...Kristo was 18th all-time in points at UND.

Kristo: 157 games played at UND with 68 goals and 93 assists Parks: 80 games played to date with 22-17...double his numbers (so at 160 games) and you get 44-34. That's hardly at the same clip!

Per Schloss...LaDue will be benched Friday for a loud party citation he received this week. Just more trash being tossed into the dumpster fire known as UND athletics.

Hahaha...no but when people gush about OD and then throw praise at Parks I feel Chyzyk gives as much if not more when given the opportunity. In all seriousness, Parks and OD are in the Jr. seasons and wouldn't you agree they both have grossly underachieved so far at UND.

Parks hasn't done much for me to notice him. Chyzyk more noticable than Parks lately.

Agree but UND was on the PP at the time. Why even put oneself in that potential situation. Poor poor judgement under the circumstances IMO.

I'll be interested to see where Mitch fits this weekend...he was a healthy scratch multiple games to Dmen playing forward then goes to a top 6 guy. If Mark plays wing I'd like see him w Chyzyk with Luke at center. This means Parks goes 3rd line possibly with Gaarder and Murphy or Mitch? Patty Rodwell and someone on 4th line.

Agree. And like you referenced this was a forced resignation... plain and simple. I also agree the sooner the facts come out the better...for all involved including Hardee.

If you are referring to Bohl...you are correct. As I have mentioned prior, I have gotten to visit with him a little bit on a number of occasions. Very good guy and I would take him at UND in a heartbeat too...hypothetically.

Pflugrad in a nut shell was the fall guy along with the AD in that "rape" ordeal from what I have heard. My good buddy who lives in Missoula and is a Griz fan said those 2 were the fall guys in a rush to judgement but under the alleged circumstances I can see how someone had to go. Ironic how the accussed was found not guilty and is currently playing for the Griz but a couple trolls already think Pflugrad would come with baggage. I'm not Faison but he should come near the top of the list regardless of who else applies.

I like him as a potential hire.

The fact that this incident, however it shakes out, happened with his own players in the vehicle with him is what is really disappointing.

We will have to agree to disagree..."upside" IMO goes out the window when you are in the month of December in your Jr. season.

Saturday vs BU was one game...his total body of work as a college hockey player suggests otherwise. He is servicable as a role player at best. I was at both games this weekend and he did "little" and he wasn't noticable all weekend.

You both are correct...texted 2 of my good SU buddies in Fargo last night about these similar situations and basically got the incidents were apples to oranges from each one.

I have no clue what happened here but in general if one has been up and out all night until 5 am...rarely does anything good occur. Again I don't no any details but if Hardee pulled an all nighter doing whatever I don't like where this potenially could go. And for SU fans to call him out as arrogant when they have a coach there named Saul is hypocritical IMO.

Parks, OD, Mitch really give you very little. Mark is hurt. Rocco and Drake are our best forwards and Drake has been very quiet lately. Chyzyk, Pattyn and Gaarder are all basically the same. The Fr. forwards have done very little although I like Luke a lot. St. Clair is out and Rodwell is a Sr. 4th liner. There is no Frattin/Malone or Kristo/Knight players on this roster. As a collective group they are decent players but there just isn't enough offensive punch to string together a hot streak especially at the pace they are allowing goals IMO.
