Bingo on the forward lines. You aren't going to lose much on 3rd line w Connor and Colton. Those 2 are hard to play against.

We got away w an average effort Friday. Last night was brutal. Win tonight and live to play again or lose and season probably done...pretty simple.

Mitch was horrible Friday. Much better last night. I agree Rocco top line w RPM line reunited tonight. Sit OD. 3rd line 3 of Colten/Mitch/Drake/Gaarder. 4th Pattyn Rodwell and Colton/Gaarder

I thought Clark was very good last night. Probably didn't make the best play on GWG but on breakaways that happens. Bottom line you hold Tech to 2 UND should win that game 9 of 10 times.

Currently 8th in Pairwise. For the sake of making the NCAA if we pull another no show tonight and lose a CC and UNO win helps our cause w Kato at 12 and DU at 9 in Pairwise.

FYI...the rising "Phoenix" was 0-4 w 19 goals allowed in his prior 4 starts until last night.

I feel Hak tried to tried to out think the room a couple weeks ago and now it's backfiring. You break up a top line that was jelling and scoring in bunches. A healthy scratch for weeks goes to top line. A regular for 30+ games in now useless? I don't think it's a coincidence the team's play the last couple of weekends has taken a dive. When did this program start plugging kids in the lineup because they lit it up in practice??? I have never been to a practice but I know no W has ever been notched in practice either. This society revolves around real production...hockey isn't excluded. One thing that really bothers me is just flat out getting outworked...2 straight nights...in the playoffs. I agree to a point that this team has 3 top end offensive guys...maybe 4 with Mark Mac... and everyone else (forward wise) is a nice part when things are going well. IMO to advance tonight Rocco goes top line which will create more space for Danny and Corbin and you roll with them to out score Tech...anyone else contributing is gravey. I thought we would see a totally diffenent team last but I didn't. And unfortunately that's been this team's MO. Now if I had to beat, I put big money down it doesn't happen 3 nights in a row.

Kristo was a man among boys last night. He willed UND to the W. IMO away too many passengers last night. If you're in the lineup cause you are a good practice player you need to do something in a game!

I get Drake is in slump...but look at OD Mitch and Gaarder stats in last few weeks...not exactly lighting it up. Drake IMO just offers more of a complete game even struggling offensively than the 3 above.

First of all Tech is Tech...even with a less than stellar effort UND got a W. Tech is also the cheapest, dirtiest team I've seen UND play this season. After last nights fiasco I would start Jim, Panz and the General and give one of them the green light to set some type of tone for the rest of the playoffs. If Mac is going to get tossed on a BS call then have someone get tossed legit! IMO the line combos are out of sync. OD doesn't do much on top line. If you watch last night's game again Kristo and Knight basically are a 2 man line. Rocco...who knows?? At this point does it matter his linemates? Kid has missed on more grade A chances than any Sioux player I can remember. He needs one soooooo badly. How Mitch stays in the lineup while Drake sits is beyond me. With the way this team play a system of defense they are going to need to get shots to the net and score. Drake and Bryn IMO are way better offensive options than OD, Mitch and Gaarder even though I like his grittiness. Zane can not, I repeat can not, continue to give up soft goals like last night if this team want to play more than one game in the F5 or NCAA. I expect a different UND team than we saw last night tonight. Will be disappointed though if the lines are the same.

This team just can't make anything easy.

Better be...can't give up 2 softies like Zane has and see ice tomorrow.
