  1. Agreed. On paper, they look like the two strongest teams. I feel that we have a ton more depth than last year...if we can stay healthy, we have as good a shot as anyone else at unseating those two teams. I want a full season of seeing what Rocco can do. That should be exciting after seeing glimpses during his four games last year. Can you imagine this team with Nelson still on it? Wonder if he feels any regrets about signing now with the lockout...
  2. All lies. Dean Blais would have never allowed this to happen. If he would have found out about such a party, all players of the team would have been kicked off the team and replaced with a different overage Canadian. How dare you tell this obvious fabrication of details of a Dean Blais-led team. It never happened and you know it...he had complete control of his team, unlike this Dave Hakstol fool. If Hakstol doesn't kick Kristo off the team and take his first born son, then I have lost complete respect for him. Carry on.
  3. Hahahaha. Don't get too close to the edge, my man.
  4. Ouch, even before the season began. That's tough.
  5. Two thumbs up.
  6. Do you just randomly search for college hockey players on that website?
  7. Yowzers. That would put up some points on the PP. Throw Rowney on the 2nd PP line for a big body with great hands and our special teams will look pretty darn good...
  8. Your college career must not have been very memorable if the only thing you can keep talking about is one question off of a Frank White exam that you got correct. How about we swing the topic back to Former Players and away from the "I got a better ACT score" talk?
  9. Gopher fans look back on 03/04 with fondness? The memories of that NCAA regional final loss to Duluth must be great.
  10. Ouch. Always hate it when facts get in the way of a good trolling rant.
  11. Haha!
  12. Good news on the penalty clock. Simply due to the fact that we won't have to listen to all the complaining any longer. It was almost like the endless "When is Chay expected back from injury?" questions on the game live feeds.
  13. INCH named Kristo one of their early top 10 Hobey candidates: http://insidecollegehockey.com/inch/2012/06/01/10for13_players/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+InsideCollegeHockey+%28Inside+College+Hockey%29
  14. I think it is safe to bump your % up a little bit.
  15. Cool to see Trupper finish his degree as well!
  16. Nice job digging up a thread that hasn't been touched in weeks so that you could say nothing at all.
  17. I would bet that Gleason will be in the lineup regardless of if Jones comes or not. He's too dynamic of a player to keep out...I like him better as a dman just because he has the ability to easily skate the puck out of the d-zone if the pass isn't there.
  18. Hahahaha! Two for two on great posts for this newb here. Can't wait to see what other gems he/she can come up with!
  19. Count me in on the group that thinks this won't affect the Sioux much at all. We lost Lammy and Nelson. Gaining Chyzyk, Sanderson, maybe Caggiula, and then MacMillan at Xmas break. Not too mention Grimaldi and Rodwell back from injury. This will be a talented forward group with a few skilled players sitting out each game. Best of luck, Miles.
  20. Well, he's no Robbie Earl!
  21. I was humored by some of those GPL comments as well. I'm sure the sentiment will be opposite should Bjugstad decide to stick around for another season. Instead, the Gopher fans will say "he just wanted to wear the treasured M another season" instead of "I guess the pro interest wasn't there like expected" or something like that. Haha! Either way, I would agree with others that Danny will make quite a huge difference to UND's team next year. He was probably the best player on the ice in 80% of UND's games last year. His addition instantly brings UND up a notch or two...
  22. Doh! That's right, forgot about him when I added Sanderson. The Sioux are certainly not going to be lacking in players next season, unlike this year.

  24. My first reaction when I read this news: HOLY %^$! Did not expect this at all. Welcome back for another year, Danny.
