  1. I refuse to watch the game unless it is HD!!!! :D
  2. No, he only played 9 games, so he would be eligible for a medical hardship waiver. I believe the cutoff is no more than 30% of games played.
  3. Agreed. The Gophers are a quality team despite what their earlier record. Sure, they've beaten up on some patsies recently, but I hope the Sioux don't take them lightly. Having Genoway, Hextall, and Knight out hurts the Sioux. I hope they can get at least 2-3 points from Mariucci.
  4. Helps that they're playing Bowling Green, Tech, and Harvard, I suppose.
  5. Agreed. If Genoway isn't able to play by the end of this month against DU, I bet the coaching staff/Genoway would think long and hard about having him apply for the medical hardship. With a week off after the DU series, that would put his return at mid-Feb at earliest if he came back after that. That's probably not how he envisioned his senior year going...playing in the first 9 games and then maybe the last 9. Sure, it would create a big logjam next year at Defense, but man would that team be impressive.
  6. No doubt. Same thing with #10 and #26. If the Sioux can get 3-4 points this weekend, it would really open up a gap between the top 6 teams in the league and the 7-10 teams. Plus, it would put the Sioux in good position to get home ice, if not a top 3.
  7. I remember them sweeping MSUM. Four more points up for grabs against UMN. Go Sioux!
  8. These next three series will tell a lot about what this Sioux team can do. Gophers on the road. Cornell on the road. Denver at home. Three quality opponents, with two of the series on the road. If the Sioux can win 3 or 4 of those 6 games, I would be happy, especially being that we will more than likely be without Hextall, Knight, and Genoway for all three series. Go Sioux!!
  9. 3-1 over Miami
  10. Harvard up 1-0 over UMN in the 1st.
  11. No doubt. This team just can't catch a break when it comes to injuries. Much like Gregoire said last night, if this team ever gets healthy, they could be scary good. The only question is if that will ever happen...
  12. From the fightingsioux recap:
  13. Excellent, no crying for me. Now, if the Sioux can manage to score 9 goals tomorrow, then I have to eat my underwear per the earlier arrangement.
  14. All are final right now except for UAA/DU. http://collegehockeystats.net/
  15. Bochenski had a goal tonight for TB against the Devils. I didn't even know he was called up.
  16. Hopefully we see a similar effort tomorrow night. No letting off the throttle, we need the sweep!
  17. Yes, he could still apply for a medical redshirt.
  18. Agreed. That line could put up some points if they remain together.
  19. He had a chance for the hattrick with less than a minute to go and slammed into the goal post with his leg. He hobbled back to the bench. Not sure if he is injured or just needed to shake it off a bit.
  20. If Knight is injured now too, I might cry.
  21. Sioux women beat UW, 3-1. Nice.
  22. Ah, makes sense.
  23. How was that not a penalty on Frattin's rush?
  24. UND PP.
  25. BU 3 BC 2 Final in the outdoor game UMD is throttling CC, 5-2 in the 3rd. UMN beat Harvard 5-2 with an ENG. SCSU beating MTU 4-2 in the 3rd. UAA and DU still tied at 1.
