  1. Exactly. Keep the pressure on.
  2. Is it possible to fire Hakstol during the intermission?
  3. Both of them played very well last weekend against Manitoba IMO. If they can keep that up and limit the rookie mistakes, I bet Hakstol could keep them together.

  5. Just saw that as well. Oh well. I wonder if we see a goalie rotation this weekend? I would guess that Eidsness will start both games against UMN next weekend simply due to the experience factor, so I wonder if Hakstol will put Dell in for one of the Merrimack games to give him some playing time.
  6. Has anyone heard if he will be able to play this weekend? He's their "stud" USHL recruit that supposedly hasn't passed the NCAA Clearinghouse yet.
  7. I'd give it to Blood. Looks like a completely different player compared to last year. Very poised, and moved the puck well. Hopefully he can keep that up as the season progresses.
  8. Great work along the boards by VV to get that puck to Kristo.
  9. Yeah, Kristo definitely has some speed...
  10. I don't think you want to pair our two biggest dmen together. Put them out there with Genoway and another smaller, more offensive dman and you're set.
  11. Agreed. He looked like Genoway a couple times out there. I didn't realize it was Gleason until I saw the number.
  12. I dig the 1st line. The 2nd line has great potential if Malone plays like he did against UNH. The 4th line could be interesting with Toews and Cichy. Davidson over Knight on the 3rd line? That's a big body out there.
  13. This tourney is a go: http://www.areavoices.com/undhockey/?blog=60629 Not sure on ticket prices, but I will be there regardless.
  14. He'll reply back, and will be pretty civil with it as well. Last year (or the year before?) I sent him a polite email asking him about the whole Radke fight thing. He responded within a day or two.
  15. Sorry, Goon, no disrespect intended, but this line humored me coming from you.
  16. Sounds like a great pickup for the Sioux! If he adds some muscle to that tall frame, he could be a great power forward. Welcome aboard, Brock!
  17. I was at that game too. Zajac GWG in OT IIRC. I also believe that was the game where Skille went down with an injury.
  18. I like the decision to do it against Merrimack. Raising it against UMN would just give them more incentive to beat us on "banner raising day". This way the players can just concentrate on the games...
  19. Brad posted on the Sioux blog a bit ago that Oshie doesn't have a twitter account, and how Oshie had said that he didn't know who that was pretending to be him.
  20. Of course opinions are allowed. But calling our old jerseys the best in college hockey and then the new ones the worst...when all that really changed was the stripes and the sleeve cuffs is a bit of a reach.
  21. This board also needs the drama queen icon.
  22. Sounds like the season is over.
  23. Exactly, I'm sure none of that hurt our cause.
