He was injured. When he wasn't injured, he got lit up. That's why he rarely played...and eventually transferred. And what are the odds, his stats certainly haven't improved at UNO. Man, I'd say this team's issues have a heck of a lot more to do with inconsistent play and horrendous special teams rather than figuring out if Tomek and Wilkie transferred due to locker room issues...but what do I know?

If this team makes it to a regional, I would be shocked. The only way I see them making the NCAA's is if they win the NCHC tourney. And to do that they'd have to win 2 of 3 against a better team on the road (ouch) and then win two more games against better teams at the Xcel. They have shown that they can play with anyone (including teams much higher than them in standings/PWR), but hoping for 4 wins in two weekends against better opponents would be a tough one for this inconsistent team IMO. That said, I'd love to be proven wrong by this team.

Agreed. First time for me since the first season at the new Ralph (01/02). Although that team could still score some goals from time to time.

Canisius loses 5-3 to Mercyhurst tonight...Mercyhurst somehow scored 5 goals on 23 shots. I'm not sure how that's possible against those stud Canisius goalies.

At least they got the moral victory of getting one shot past the goalie on 46 shots.

If only we hadn't seen this script play out 12 times this season already, it wouldn't be so predictable.
