That's just crazy. Potential recruits can't get excited about going to a college that has less people attend the games than their HS or junior teams.

We’re? Then it doesn’t make any sense unless you mean “were”.

UND @ Omaha. The Saturday don't get swept edition.

Social media (and life) must be difficult for people like this. -
I don't think that happened. According to UNO fans and Gabinet, UND was the one instigating all the physical and borderline dirty play. FOUR CONCUSSIONS!!
-
Minnesota must be ahead of the times, they've been hosting games to an empty arena all season.

Yeah I must have missed the UNO concussion suffered last night (and the other two at the REA). No mention of taking out two of our players on Friday night in the first period, neither of which could play in the finale. And one of those players being one of the best players in the nation. Nice work UNO. -

https://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/hockey/4988522-UND-takes-Penrose-Cup-outright-with-victory-over-Omaha-to-close-regular-season Heal up for next weekend Gooch. Bring on the Tigers, let's do this! -
I would like to see UMD with DU in Loveland. Would be nice to see one (or both) have their seasons ended there. If that is the bracket, I'd say go BSU.

Tonight's results, mainly BC tying #30 UNH (a game in which UNH dominated BC in SOG 50-27), caused some good movement in the top of the PWR. BC started the day #4 as the last 1 seed and fell to #6, which moved UMD up to #4 and DU to #5. That definitely changes the PWR predictions that the USCHO staff had earlier this week. Of course, everything can (and will) change before Selection Sunday but it's so close between those three (BC/UMD/DU) that it'll make it interesting to watch the next couple weekends.

3-1 DU now. Either way, they're not advancing regardless of which they play IMO.

Their fans were going crazy on twitter and then one of them said "unfortunately it was a UNO stick that took him out". Haha, oops. -
Denver up 2-1 on CC

Not too shabby for a team picked to finish 4th in the league. Nice work boys!

That's too bad for Duluth. Crazy if the OT goal for Western would have counted last weekend, UMD would have the trophy and be the #1 seed in the NCHC tourney. -

Man if our PP could score at all without Gooch, this could be worse. -

Man, I'd love to see it, but that would be an incredible turnaround from last night. Last night seemed like last year...ton of shots but not many Grade A's...combined with a couple own goals and it was a deja vu to last season.
