If UMD finishes 5 or 8, I'd like to see UMD elsewhere. Especially since SF attendance will be just fine with UND there and possibly MSUM or Augie. No need to have three teams put there to boost attendance and mess with bracket integrity to do it.

Yeah their performance against Duluth wasn't exactly confidence inspiring heading into NCAA tourney time. Would have been different if it was a one-goal loss or if they didn't allow 5 goals. Need to tighten up a lot of areas. IMO, they looked their best in that Friday night game at WMU when they won the Penrose. If they play like that, I really like their chances against anyone in the tourney.

Yes, if all higher seeds win tonight, MSUM is 14 and Augie 15.

Yes that's a winner-in, loser-out game. Just meant that there are still scenarios where Augie gets bumped out of the tourney. I'd certainly rather not face them in 1st round in their backyard.

Duluth now only with a 7% chance of ending at #7 overall. Looking more like if they win, they're #5...and if they lose, they're #8. In a typical bracket, that would put them in either WMU or UM brackets.

With Raboin declining, I would laugh if it ends up being Larson or Potulny. Both seem like steps back from Motzko. Which is crazy.

Not sure I'm wanting Augie to move back up and potentially be looking at playing them in the first round in their backyard. They've done well against NCHC teams this year...they've beaten Duluth, swept ASU, Omaha, and swept CC.
