  1. He dominated at the WJAC and then his numbers have gotten a little worse since his return from that.
  2. We've gotta be after a forward or two, right? A ton of teams have CHL commits already...many teams with multiple. Granted, a good chunk of those commits aren't 'elite', but we'll need to make some good additions for next seasons forward group. At minimum, we lose Schmaltz, Berg, Jammer, Kunz, and Wilkie. Five forwards to replace and probably only Zellers and Klee ready to come in...maybe Schultz...from our current commits. We need at least 2 more forwards from portal or CHL.
  3. That’s insane.
  4. Dang, he's gonna be a 21yo freshman for CC.
  5. Updated as of 1/12 Zellers 7th in the USHL in points and 2nd in goals...but has played anywhere from 4-11 less games than everyone else around him USHL (Forwards) Klee (Muskegon) - '05: 32gp - 13g/14a Pilgrim (Tri-City) - '06: 31gp - 4g/14a Schultz (Chicago) - '06: 29gp - 10g/12a Zellers (Green Bay) - '06: 24gp - 21g/11a O'Neill (NTDP U18) - '07: 36gp - 4g/7a Sanderson (Muskegon) - '07: 23gp - 3g/3a Bumgarner (Fargo) - '08: 33gp - 5g/4a USHL (Defensemen) Laurila (Fargo) - '06: 29gp - 4g/22a Lindberg (NTDP U18) - '07: 31gp - 0g/5a USHL (Goalies) Heil (Madison) - '06: 15gp - .884 / 3.14 (9-5-1) Other Simpson - MN HS - '07: 17gp - 23g/14a Jundt - SF Power 16U - '08: 29gp - 18g/19a McKamey - BCHL - '09: 33gp - 5g/10a
  6. Sandy has got to be kicking himself for losing Howard after one year. https://www.collegehockeynews.com/news/2025/01/10_Isaac-Howard-Has-4-Goal-Night.php Now leads the nation in points and goals. Impressive season so far.
  7. Breaking news. UND locker room divided. The eye test of people that live in GF is the source.
  8. Don’t the players vote for the captains? He must relate somewhat with the other players if they voted him into the role.
  9. Dang that's a pile of minutes:
  10. Clawed his way up to #33 in the PWR?
  11. He hasn't hit double digit points yet this season, so he wasn't included. He does, however, lead the team in PIM now, so he has that going for him.
  12. We're the opposite of that. UND also has 9 players with double digit points. Only 2 of them (Schmaltz & Berg) will run out of eligibility after this year.
  13. I didn't realize how old ASU is. They have a pile of SR/GR students. They have 9 players that have double digit points...of those 9, 7 of them will run out of eligibility at the end of this season. Add Pavicich, their goalie from tonight on that list too. They're gonna have a ton of their higher skilled players to replace for next year.
  14. UNO sweeps CC with a 3-1 win. CC now tied with UMD for 7/8th place in the league.
  15. I think not for another 1-2 months supposedly.
  16. Wasn't the prettiest, but now a 3-way tie with ASU/WMU for 1st place in the league. WMU in the driver's seat having played 2 less games. Next weekend will be huge with WMU visiting the Ralph and ASU going to struggling SCSU for a pair.
  17. Yeah he played very well aside from that 2nd period gaffe behind the net. At the very least we need to be splitting goalies each weekend...
  18. And CC started the season 8-0, but is now 1-6 in Dec/Jan, and are currently behind UNO 2-1 in the 3rd period tonight.
  19. Man, SCSU falling fast. They got swept by us to close the 1st half and now get swept by UMD to start the 2nd half.
  20. Jammer owes the rest of the team for covering for his boneheaded penalty.
  21. Not entirely great, but overall a much better feeling that getting swept. Phew.
  22. Wow. What a turn. Horrible start to the 3rd with Jammer's stupid penalty costing the team 2 goals. Then Berg ties it with EAG. Then Hobie with that amazing save on that redirect. Then Sacha walks in and ends it. Wow.
  23. Dang what a way to get back.
  24. Hard to blame the refs in this game. They gave UND plenty of PP's in that 2nd period. That's a negative.
