Crazy it was just a couple months ago that we throttled DU in GF for a series. Sure, we split with them, but we outchanced and outshot them by more than double in each game. They look much better now. Or maybe WMU is just really off today...maybe they got the flu bug that we had during the UMD game.

That's a little weird that only WMU got a penalty out of that little scuffle.

I thought Spoons was doing a good job at directing the puck and rebounds to the outside. A few instances of rebounds, but boys were there to clear them out. And honestly, I thought he had the best rebound control of any of the four goalies playing yesterday.

I saw that too. Was a little confusing.

Just so bizarre that this could even ever happen. I've never seen anything like that before.

My biggest observation from watching their two regional games was that their goalie was suspect. Need to fire shots on him from any and everywhere.

Gino provides great speed and energy, but I'm guessing Dane wanted a 4th line with more grit this regional. And that 4th line was dominant both games.
