Wraparound Sioux. The Porter goal was so amazing given the fact that they just beat us in the Final Five on a fluke goal and they thought they were good. I was in the Minneapolis airport at a bar in the airport with all my Sioux gear on with about a dozen other Gopher fans. I couldn't have been happier all year. (PS, I HATE BC) There were so many good choices though. Awesome list.

In summer Tim Oshie is putting on a celebrity hockey tournament. Lots of former Sioux, Olympic players and other NHL-ers alike will be there. I believe on July 30th there will be a celebrity hockey game, followed by the golf tournament on the 31st. I went last year in Warroad and had a blast. It's worth every penny, especially since the money goes towards the kids. This year it will be in Grand Forks for easier travel. Don't hesitate signing up.

I put together a list in a thread of last years songs. I've been to nearly every game but sit in a different spot along the glass this year so don't hear much of the music so some have changed I would imagine. Most are the same though. It should be pretty easy to do a search for it. Otherwise, I'll see if I can find it.

Yep, and he wore #16 for the men's Canadian team. Side note: Toews is only 4 points behind Kane's pace with 5 more goals than he had. Not bad. Plus, Toews plays on PP and PK unlike Kane.

You're doing a really good job at keeping it going. I have some game-worns myself, along with a bunch of other random jerseys, but to me, I would think it would mean more to be a part of something bigger, something to bring unity as not only a team, but a whole school/fanbase. Really, is it that hard to not have to wear a jersey for ONE game (if it wasn't the right color).

Thank you captain obvious. Apparently jerseys are some sort of status symbol at the games.

I'm not disagreeing with someone who doesn't own green/white, but I am disagreeing with wearing a jersey just to wear a jersey like a jersey is some superior item in a crowd when it's not. More than half the crowd has a jersey, what's the big deal about HAVING to wear one.
