I wasn't trying to start an argument, but like what Bob said, I was just showing frustration. (Thanks Bob) I'm not trying say I'm better than any other fan, but when many students put in as much time and effort as they do to being true fans, and they can't get tickets because of errors in the system, and then tons of other students get them just to sell them...it sucks. Period.

Although I agree TJ is amazing and probably the best player in college hockey, his off-ice incidents (as you mentioned) will prevent him from having that chance. Your knock on Jonathan Toews is kinda upsetting....He was just as great defensively, and a lot smoother offensively. TJ and Jonathan are both great creators on offense, but in opposite ways.

I'm not gonna argue, but it's easy to say the things some of you say when you have guaranteed tickets.

This was the biggest joke I've seen. There are probably 50-100 DIE-HARD student fans, I'd consider myself one. I was ready to purchase tickets online at noon, didn't work. I tried until 12:15, went to the Ralph, saw the line and figured out something was wrong. At that point the whole thing should have been scrapped and set up for next weekend. It should either be 100% online, or 100% wait at the Ralph. Due to time commitments, I was unable to wait at the Ralph forever to try and get tickets. After that point, I didn't have access to a computer so I couldn't order online. Now...myself, a person who hasn't missed a home game in a year and a half, who also takes his time and money to go watch his favorite sports team in as far away as Boston really leaves me disappointed and ticketless. I'll never spend another penny at the Ralph if I don't have to. What a joke...

Haven't had a chance to rewatch it at home, but I have a perfect view of the screen that the ref sees when reviewing it, and this is how I saw it: -VV gets pushed from outside the crease into the goaltender...goalie goes down -Puck bounces back out in front of the net, VV is in the process of getting up and out of the crease...goalie still down, no one around the goalie -VV is well out of the crease now, puck is shot, no one in the crease by at least a couple feet, goalie still down, puck goes in. I thought it was INSANELY obvious that it was a goal, but what do I know...I'm not one of the "professionals" that gets paid to make the right(?) call.

Listening to the Gopher crowd right now, there is zero doubt they still hate Wisconsin way more than us, even in hockey. So, for all those that think we surpassed them...I'm sorry. Maybe a close 2nd

I agree with most of what you said except Malone. Brad isn't putting up a ton of points, but he's there for the defensive aspect of a forwards job and that's why he never sits out. For a freshman, Brad has done plenty to help the team. Zajac and Miller need to start producing.

I didn't say he was a Toews or Parise, nor do I think he is NHL ready yet. I'm just saying, never rule out a kid wanting to play AHL because he DOES get paid to play in the minors. Chris has all the tools to become an NHLer, and if Edmonton pushes hard enough, they may get him to sign. At an NHL perspective, Chris VandeVelde is more ready to leave than Ryan Duncan is. Who thought a guy like Brian Lee was ready to leave? Yes, Brian was a higher draft pick...but he wasn't any more ready to play AHL than VV is right now. I'm not saying Chris is going to leave, I'm just saying don't count him out for leaving.
