WR Malcolm Moore going the JUCO route. Actually didn't list UND as offer so may have been inaccurately added to offer list.

It sounds like Tyler Rogers called UND to commit, but was told his scholarship was filled a day before. That's too bad - he was a pretty good prospect. Funny thing is that he called three days ago, and was told the scholarship was filled by another QB the day before. Wonder if Riddle became solid the day before......

I do not work for the school, just a huge football fan that graduated from UND We are all fans, but there's been chatter that even as fans we aren't supposed to talk directly to recruits or family members. Our SID was in a twitter war earlier this year with a few people re: contacting recruits, so that's why I'm being a little cautious. I'm a worrier sometimes As far a PWO goes - as was stated before I would encourage anyone with that opportunity, if they find a place they really want to go, to take the opportunity if it's financially feasible. I've known a couple kids that have been PWO's that have went on to big things after a year or two of showing the coaches what they can do. Best of luck to you and your son!

I would love to discuss what I think of your son's film; however, I don't know what the rules would stipulate here, but since your son would be considered a potential student athlete or recruit (we don't know if UND is looking at him or not, but would assume so since you made your way here), we might be forbidden from discussing him directly at all with you being a family member. Anyone care to help me out with whether this would be a violation of any kind? I honestly don't know.

There are also senior year highlights if you look directly below the video.

Curious to see how the boys do in round 2 against WSU. Would love for them to be able to pull out a victory. Got some work to do to try and climb in the Sky rankings.

The article here is dated 1/17, and the article I saw that stated he was going to walk on at Nebraska was dated 1/19. Also, his rivals profile lists "High" interest in Nebraska, and "None" in UND. It is a shame as I heard we were on this kid pretty hard. http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Chris-Weber-146043;_ylt=AtFHM3.s3b53hNsY_GhZlqRIPZB4

Also, his mother actually retweets everything UND recruiting related (including the tweet sent out by Dexter Albrecht yesterday about the welcoming of the 2013 recruiting class signing day party), as well as follows SFI, a couple coaches, Hammer, Tom Miller, etc.
-
I thought they had him moved over to OL again (at least per the roster).
-
Are there any PWO from last year that could make an impact this year? I've heard a lot of good things about Devin Coyle, who I believe is a safety. What about Brandon Larson or Jake Watson at LB? I guess I haven't heard anything about any of the PWO except Coyle.

Has anyone heard of any recruits that are going to be on campus this weekend?
-
Montana is reloading this recruiting season - putting together one hell of a class.

Feeling a little more comfortable that Riddle is coming as he changed his twitter handle to @UND_sam. Has to be a decent sign, no?
-
Looks like he could turn into a serviceable guard. PWO perhaps or regular walkon?
-
I've seen nothing other than the one tweet so I would say no. But if sfi digs a little more it might get confirmed?

So are both Labat and Allen ILB? And Rich is OLB? I feel that our ILB core needs some help. I really like Garrison Goodman, but the rest I'm still not sold on. Peters and Ratelle have some potential, but I was really unimpressed with Otto last year. Similar to Mersereau, there were too many times that I saw him completely whiff on a tackle. So, I think Labat or Allen should be able to get in on the rotation if they are what we think they are. As it relates to the DL, I don't think Henson is the answer. He didn't seem to do much last year, so I'm hoping that Edwards is the man. I think we have some pretty good DE in the pipeline with Cummings, Woodsmall and Stanchek, but hope that Carrothers can push for playing time. For DBs, I'm really hoping that Javen Butler is a stud this year. I'm not convinced Bailey Carr is a D1 safety. And I won't even touch the CB situation, as I don't believe that Mackey and Hall would start at a lot of DII schools. I still can't believe that Mackey has been starting for a couple of years. I'm hoping Dwayne Brown lives up to the potential I heard about during his true freshman year. I do have a question - is Tyhre Ivery playing safety or CB?
-
I wonder if Oscar Opara is still an option as a CB. He's somewhat of an intriguing prospect. I thought we were the only offer but it appears he has offers from UNI and Illinois State. Anyone have any insights as to whether he's been on campus or if we're still after him?
-
Bell looks like he would be a nice OLB. Get 30 pounds on him and he's good. Wharton looked decent as a DE. Wonder where we are recruiting them for position wise.
-
So, with Stendler decommitting, is there anyone else in the hopper at DE that UND is heavily after that you've heard of?
-
It's seems Logan Neitzke, a DE out of Wisco that UND was listed as offering by rivals, has committed to Mankato. What Dan is failing to understand is that it's possible UND was no longer recruiting this young man. I'm not saying that we were or were not still on him, but we really don't know so it's hard to say if "We lost a kid to Mankato". EDIT: Guess UND-1 answered my question as to whether we were still on him.
-
Too bad - wonder what we're going to bring in for DE this year.
-
Losing Stendler would hurt, as he is the only DE recruit (that we know of, anyway). Think we need one or two of them this class.
-
I think bell is fairly solid now based on some things I've seen. Things could always change but looks good now.

Couple of updates. Jester Weah committed to Pitt, Joe Kupcikevicius committed to SDSU and Garrett Guanella committed to San Jose State. Also LB Chris Weber I believe has committed to walk on at Nebraska and Chad Fahning is going to PWO at Minnesota (I think that's been confirmed). EDIT: I also believe Jake Gronholz has committed to Winona State.
