Well, Air Force has 10 Minnesotans on their squad and they practice at that altitude all year long. My guess is they are gonna come out flying. That being said, sorry Air Force...not this year.

I would love to see his sisters go to UND. I believe they are both at Shattuck. My guess is that UND has absolutly no chance of landing them. I am sure Minnesota, Duluth and the eastern powers are all over them by now.

He was awesome. Big, very fast, nasty wrist shot, physical, great hockey sense. One of the all-time greats!

Does anyone have the link to the Sioux highlights from last year? It is the one from each different playoff game.

I was at the USA Cup International Hockey tournament in Blaine this weekend with my daughters and before one of their games saw a guy with some Wild breezers on and was skating around, shooting some pucks etc...basically getting a workout. I talked to one of the rink managers and he said that it was Travis Roche and that he regularly rents ice for himself. Anybody have any idea the status of Roche?

It's always strange to me when the Sioux lose big games that how great the Sioux fans are. It is really a compliment to the program and to the people of this area. I too am always proud to be part of such great program. What a team. So many young kids. The coaching staff has got to be the best in the nation. It's one thing to recruit studs and blue-chippers but to mold them into a winning team, to gel them together to become one, is quite another. I sure hope all the guys stay but with the top program in the nation, I guess that's wishful thinking. It's a great day to be a Sioux Fan!
