Seems like sometimes Sweeney forgets we can't see it. I'm sure he'll get better as he gets more experience
on fake punt the color guys realized he wasn't getting the point across so they shouted over him that it was a fake.

i like Pat Sweeney but he is hard to listen to. Talks forever and statements could be taken many ways. have to wait for end of discussion to find out what happened.

I have come around on the Nodaks name. Not because I want to keep up the Sioux name but because we have history of using it so we aren't completely giving up our school heritage.

When you go to the Eversports Big Sky page it defaults to the upcoming games tab. So once a broadcast starts you don't see it listed. Click on the calendar tab at the top left and it brings up all of the current day's games. You will see games currently being played under that tab.
wow. I luckily got on right before it started. Not sure I could have managed through all that.

I was leaning Roughriders but now am firmly in the Nodaks camp. It is unique and we have some history using it.

81 yards passing in 3 quarters from our starter and 47 yards passing in 4th from reliever. I just don't think we have any kind of passing game to go to when we need it.
I don't think it is necessarily the QB's fault but we need to find a way to throw for some yardage. Protection, receivers and play calling are all part of it but we should be able to throw for more yardage when they have to honor the run on defense.

I fully believe Reyes would have had a couple picks yesterday. Also, I was a little befuddled as to why Harris didn't pick that one pass off early on instead of volleyball spiking it to the ground.
I was wondering the same thing. He was in great position to pick it and just batted it down.

Bad play call and bad decision on 4th down. Bad no-call right in front of me.

That 2011 squad was not good. Played a couple DII teams and barely beat Sioux Falls (almost heart breaker No.2 against them). That team got beat down in the second half against a horrible Idaho squad (yes, FBS, but probably every bit as bad as this year's Wyoming team). Also, let's not forget the type of leadership that team had. Very little discipline on that squad too. Crushed at home against the only decent team on the schedule; Cal Poly.
Team's take on the personality of their coach, and man, for that reason I sure am happy Bubba is now that figure of character and leadership for UND football. I won't mention the name we're all thinking of, but from 2008 to 2013, UND football lacked direction and confidence.
I was told by a good source early that year that administration had decided that Muss wasn't the right guy and would be done after the season. Wiith an 8-3 record they couldn't justify letting him go.

2014 was Mollberg's 3rd season in the program. 2014 was Studsrud's 1st season and this season (2015) is Studsrud's 2nd season. In my opinion, take the 4-1 start and stick with the solid potential of Studsrud.
That is true but it was Mollberg's second season on the field, same as Studsrud has now. Studsrud only played 4 games last year but Mollberg didn't play full time either so not a full season and a half. Just saying their numbers are similar for both during their second seasons on the field. Mollberg would have improved by playing this year also, same as Studsrud.
Again - I wouldn't make a change either but don't short change Mollberg. He was playing very well when he got hurt - and we couldn't run the ball at that time.
