Recruiting 8th graders? Seems like a school would make a contact, take in touch occasionally and watch their growth, but what else would you expect UND to do with 13 year olds?

Pretty sure we all know which ones is higher on the priority list. The next upgrade is probably already in the design stages.

Isn't the other advantage that those who attend get first dibs to renew their tickets every year so the SD fans have the best seats locked in every year. Make everyone get their tickets every year to level the playing field.

Even more honest, if Bubba had the resources and institutional support that hockey gets, things would be different. My opinion - Bubba makes it to 2025 then hands the keys to Freund, if he's still here.

They all sting, but this one especially. Sad when young men have people whispering "You gotta watch out for you" in kid's ears at the cost of their integrity. So many coaches, team mates and staff invest so much time and emotion into them and they walk away. At the end of the day it's a college education they are getting at a quality institution. Those with low ethics who are creating this situation are ruining mid-level college sports.

Well the announcers are better than the ones who did the football game a few years ago. Once again proof that we have great media coverage.

Follow-up - I got this on Twitter - I'm not seeing anything about radio coverage. Went to UND Athletics Pages and it shows men and women basketball on KSNR - which I can get through I Heart Radio - but when the teams play at the same time KSNR always has the mens game. Maybe it's posted somewhere out there but you would think UND would want to make it very obvious and easy to find game streams. Today's games are just one hour apart so it will be interesting to see what is on KSNR and how obvious UND makes it to find the women's game on radio.

Pay attention, the point that was made was that the Internet link was wrong and someone suggested to use the radio as an option.

Yes it is frustrating, but if you are really a fan you would understand that the off season was one of the worst for losing players for various reasons and not just knee-jerky about this season. We have the right coach for building it back.

This supports what many knew - football was underfunded and undersupported during the transition. UND athletic department just wanted to get through the transition as cheaply as possible.

One "new" poster starts an assinine thread and now we'll have to live with it.

Keep playing this way and there is no reason why we can't beat both SDSU and USD on our home court.

So we are in every game - hoping that means we are as close as it looks. Tough season for injuries, but I know they won't take that as an excuse. We have no where to go but up.

Kacie Borowicz only played eight games last year and they played lots of games short handed due to COVID.

Actually any team so no better than their last game. Would you allow some to think that getting beat by 6 is better than getting beat by 26 and that shows some level of improvement in a program?

I think her support staff is also strong and good at recruiting - it would have been a total turnover of coaching staff and probably some current players and recruits if they would have hired from outside.

I hate extending a thread about a former player - but thinking he might end up at a higher level DII school - Mankato, Sioux Falls, thinking grades might also be an issue.

This year is what it was predicted to be. Support the team they are student athletes that chose UND.
