So does that mean that the talent level between D-2 and D1AA is not that significant? I suppose we will find out when we play Northern Iowa. I also do not like the Bison but they do serve as a good guide.

I think your idea has some merit. Look it how well Minnesota state did against the Sioux. They were a much older team and had more expeirence; plus, they have only lost one player to the NHL so far in David Backes, a Jr.

Maybe if the restrictions were put in place there would be more talent to go around because the powerhouses would not have so much turnover and the smaller teams would have more of a chance at good players. Sure the powerhouses will most likely still be better but at least Tech, for example, could probably get some decent players.

I like to do lots of things but especially sailing and motocycle riding. I also love to watch Formula One racing!

Any ideas on who the Sioux are going to have for a starting goalie after Parise leaves? Parise will probably be back for next year but after that who is it going to be?

I think Parise will be back for next season. I sure hope he can help bring us national championship #8 and in having a good year, get himself drafted into the NHL. What do you think though, will Lamoureux still back him up?

I am so mad at the ncaa right now!!!!! It is not even a logical argument the ncaa is bringing to the table! Just because somebody is offended by a nickname doesn't mean you should be forced to change it! I could be offended by my hometown Minot High School Magicians but I am not and it would be crazy to be offended by it! I could run on for quite a while but I realy don't feel like it right now because it so late. I can say though that I hope the U drags this out intell they get to use the name and logo!
