To me it shows that und hockey takes priority to South Dakota basketball/football. Yet summit league tourney basketball > und hockey to them.

And the total attendance and student sections were still smaller. In the old engelstad, with no cell phones!

Ndsu basketball got 45 minutes post game on kvly in hd for senior night - pre empted the outdoor national NHL game. Und just got a 4 minute brief of their senior night in piss poor sd quality. Sure I know the hd truck was in South Dakota. Hd wasn't promised this year. Don't blame midco. Don't blame und. Just accept the mediocrity!

Gopher series sure. Students did the same last time the gophers were in town. No gophers on town for a few seasons. Mix that with Less national coverage, less high end prospects, more cold temps, higher ticket prices, a quiet home crowd that sits on their hands to begin with, and no Sioux name, and you have where und hockey is today.

If they can influence the state insurance commissioner to allow a 10% plus rate increase every year, these guys are making their money and then some! As long as you are not Medicare, health insurance sounds like a great business to be in.

According to Hamm, those costs cannot be recouped from premium payments.

It's one of 80 regular season games for both teams involved. Do they teach math at the ag school? Considering this was just one of 80 games, that's pretty impressive. According to 207's link both the NHL and NBC sound impressed by their ratings.

How emberassing those ratings are!

I'm no ratings guru, but for 1 of 80 regular season games, that's a lot of viewers. And that's in the us only. You know the ratings in Canada were off the charts. How about the ratings of that joke of a show kvly put out there Saturday night?

Just think of this from bcbs' perspective. The federal government requires customers to buy out service. We are the biggest health payor in the state. Let's raise our rates!

Just heard on wday that bcbs nd had requested a 19% rate hike and the state approved a 13.5% premium increase. So much for the affordable care act providing more affordable health care. If you are under 40 and healthy you are better off with no insurance and facing the tax penalty. Wait a second....I can make less and pay less taxes? No tax penalty if I don't pay taxes right? If I decide to be even more lazy and work less I may even qualify for free health care? Hospitals cannot refuse to service me anyways regardless of ability to pay. It's really funny how the government has motivated more people to be entitled. For the working class, this will just continue to cost more and more.
